How to read an exhibitor kit for graphics
Exhibitor kits run to dozens of pages. These are the parts that decide what you print and when it has to be ready:
- The advance warehouse dates — the first day it receives, and the date after which late charges apply. Your graphics should land well inside that window.
- Hanging sign and carpet deadlines — often earlier than the general freight deadline, and they apply to the warehouse, not the show floor.
- Target move-in times — your booth's slot decides when graphics shipped direct can arrive; early shipments may be refused.
- Contractor registration — if anyone other than your own full-time staff will apply graphics, the show's contractor (EAC) deadline and paperwork.
- Display rules — height limits that include graphics, rules for the backs of walls that face a neighbour, and whether decals or adhesives may touch the hall's walls or floor.
- Fire rules — whether banners, fabric and signs need flame-retardant certificates.

Working back from the deadline
Count back from the warehouse deadline, not opening day. Leave time for your show's approvals (some shows want renderings that show where graphics go), for a proof round with us, and for printing and finishing. Our quote checks your artwork at the size you're ordering before anything prints — resolution, bleed, fonts and seams — which is where most late surprises come from.

Do you print trade show graphics for Las Vegas shows?
Yes. We print wall, window and floor graphics, banners and signs at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave to your venue's and show's rules, and deliver them for move-in — to the show contractor's advance warehouse or as your show directs.
When are CES 2027 graphics due?
Freeman's CES warehouse receives from November 9, 2026; hanging signs and carpet are due there by December 4, and after-deadline charges apply to freight arriving after December 11. Outside contractors must be designated by November 6. See our CES page for the rest.
Where do these dates come from?
From each show's own documents — the organizer's site, the exhibitor resource center and the general contractor's quick facts — linked in the table. We re-check them monthly, and your exhibitor kit has the final word.
What if my show isn't listed or has no deadline shown?
Then it hasn't published a graphics deadline we could find, or it's further out. Check your exhibitor kit for the warehouse dates and sign deadlines, and send us the show name and booth number — we'll work back from your dates.
