The short version
At Venetian Expo, graphics answer to two documents. The venue's General Contractor & Production Guide is written for the show's general contractor and meeting planner, and it controls anything that touches the building — clings, tape, carpet, freight. Your show's exhibitor manual controls your booth: heights, labor, hanging signs, deadlines.
The practical upshot for graphics: nothing sticks to the building without the venue's sign-off, and the general contractor is the one who applies it. Your job is to get the approval and the material spec through your show; ours is to print to that spec and get the graphics to the contractor in time.

Clings: approval first, the general contractor installs
The guide's rule covers all clings — floor, wall, column, window and others. Each must be approved by the Expo Event Manager before it goes up and must be made of an approved material. Installation and removal are the general contractor's responsibility, and the meeting planner is responsible for any damage or repairs from the clings, including damage from installing and removing them.
Because the planner carries the damage, shows tend to be careful about what they approve. Expect to send the size, location and material for each cling, and allow time for the answer before you go to print.
When you order from us, tell us the material your show or its contractor approved and attach the location plan if you have one. We print it, label each piece, and deliver to the contractor's advance warehouse or as your show directs. For a column cling, give us the column's measured circumference and height; we'll add the bleed the installer needs to wrap it.

Floor clings: where they can and can't go
Floor clings may not be placed in front of escalator or stair landings, top or bottom, or in front of door thresholds — the places people are already watching their step. Any floor cling that gets damaged or starts to peel must be replaced immediately.
That second rule is a reason to plan for wear. Every vinyl floor graphic we print for a hard floor carries an anti-slip laminate (carpet takes a carpet graphic film), and large ones are made from pieces that butt together rather than overlap, so there's no raised edge for a cart wheel or a heel to catch. For a floor graphic in a busy aisle or entrance, think about ordering a spare so a replacement doesn't depend on a reprint. More in floor graphics and the floor graphics rules guide.

Tape, carpet and cutting tools
Red freight-aisle tape and any tape that has to be scraped off are no longer permitted; using them adds a charge to the show's damage bill. Only the venue's approved tape and tape that removes easily are allowed.
Where temporary carpet goes over the facility's carpet — meeting rooms and foyers — a protective plastic layer must go between them, pre-cut floor tiles that need no cutting should be used, and only non-residue carpet tape is approved in carpeted areas. The same section bans open, exposed-blade cutting tools such as box cutters, razors and utility knives in favour of safety cutters, which is worth knowing for anyone trimming graphics on site.

Flame-retardant signs and banners
The guide requires all decorations, drapes, signs, banners and similar materials to be flame-retardant to the satisfaction of the Fire Department and the State Fire Marshal, and canvas, cloth, cardboard and similar combustible materials to be completely flame-retardant.
If your show asks for a flame-retardant certificate for a banner, a fabric graphic or a sign, tell us before you order so we can confirm the material and paperwork first. See banners and rigid signs.

Two levels, two kinds of booth
Venetian Expo's halls sit on two levels. Hall G, on Level 1, has a ceiling of about 13 feet 5 inches and the venue doesn't permit hanging signs there. Halls A to D, upstairs on Level 2, have ceilings of about 32½ feet, and the venue allows hanging signs and banners up to 25 feet over island and peninsula booths of 400 square feet or more; linear and perimeter booths can't hang signs, and your show may set a lower limit.
For graphics that means a booth that might land on either level should carry its branding on the walls and counters rather than relying on a hanging sign. If you're reusing graphics from one show to the next here, check the hall first.

Getting graphics to your booth
The venue doesn't accept or store shipments for any event — its Exhibit & Business Service Center says so twice — and only the general contractor unloads exhibitor materials. Crated or boxed freight goes to the contractor's advance warehouse, or arrives at the dock on your target date. A direct shipment that turns up with no contractor on site is refused.
For AAPEX 2026, for example, the show's contractor ran its advance warehouse at 6675 W Sunset Rd, in the same 89118 ZIP code as our shop. Your show's kit gives the address and the labels for your booth. Small loads can come by car: vehicles unloading hand-carried items at the curb must be no larger than a typical SUV or pickup and can't be left unattended, and the general contractor offers a cartload service for loads that can't be hand-carried.
At the end of a show, general contractors may not leave excess materials behind, signage and printed materials included. Decide before move-out whether your graphics are coming home, going into storage or being recycled. Innovate 3D's Venetian Expo exhibitor guide covers freight and building logistics in more detail.

Who installs graphics inside your booth
Inside your booth, your show's labor rules decide. At Freeman-serviced shows here the rules are explicit: AAPEX 2026's union rules give Teamsters Local 631 jurisdiction over erecting and dismantling exhibits when the work isn't done by your own full-time staff, including wall coverings, floor coverings and the placement of all signs, and they prohibit workers hired from a non-union company. SHOT Show 2027's rules use the same wording.
So: we print to the venue's and your show's spec, label every panel and deliver for move-in. Your own full-time employees can apply graphics where the show allows it; otherwise the show's labor does — tell us your show and booth and we'll coordinate the install with the show's contractor.

Questions we get
Do you print graphics for Venetian Expo shows in Las Vegas?
Yes. We print wall, window, column and floor graphics, banners and signs at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave to Venetian Expo's rules and your show's spec, and deliver them to your show's general contractor for move-in. Clings on the building are installed by the general contractor.
Can I put floor clings anywhere at Venetian Expo?
No. Every floor cling needs the Expo Event Manager's approval and an approved material, and floor clings can't go in front of escalator or stair landings, top or bottom, or in front of door thresholds. A damaged or peeling cling must be replaced immediately.
Who installs clings at Venetian Expo?
The general contractor. The venue's production guide makes installation and removal of all clings the general contractor's responsibility, and the meeting planner pays for any damage.
Does Venetian Expo accept graphics shipments?
No. The venue doesn't accept or store shipments for planners or exhibitors. Graphics go to your show's general contractor — its advance warehouse or the dock at your target time — using the labels from your exhibitor kit.
