What we collect
- Your artwork. The files you upload for a quote, and what our system reads from them to check and price the job: the size, the images and their resolution, fonts, colours and cut lines, plus preview images and proofs we make from them.
- Your choices. The sizes, materials, finishes, installation details, dates and notes you enter in a quote.
- Contact details. Your name, email, phone number and company when you save a quote, request an order or send us a message, along with anything you write to us, the venue and the date you need the work.
- Your proof approval. When you approve a proof we record the name you type, the time, your IP address and your browser, so there's a clear record of what was approved and by whom.
- Your account, if you create one. Your name, email and password. The password is stored only as a one-way hash; we can't read it.
- Payments. If you pay online, you pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card or bank details go to Stripe, not to us; we receive the payment status, amount and Stripe's reference for the payment.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers see your IP address and browser details when you visit. We use them to keep the site working and secure — for example, to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
How we use it
We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own advertising.
- To check your artwork, price your quote, make your proof, and print, deliver and install your order.
- To email you about your quote, proof, order and account — for example, the quote link, a proof to approve, an order update, a password reset, or one reminder about a saved quote you haven't acted on.
- To answer your messages and keep records of what was quoted, approved, paid and delivered.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Where it's kept and who handles it
Your files are kept in private cloud storage, and your quotes, orders and account in a cloud database, both run for us by US-based cloud providers. Uploaded files aren't public: they open only through short-lived signed links that our site creates for you and our staff.
A few service providers process information on our behalf, only to provide their service: our hosting and storage providers, an email sending service that delivers our emails to you, and Stripe, which handles online payments when you choose to pay that way. If you ask us to bring Innovate 3D or The Job Shop into your project, we share with them what they need for it.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our business or the public from fraud or harm.
How long we keep it
We keep quotes, proofs, orders and the files behind them as business records, so we can reprint a job, answer questions about it and meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you'd like your account, files or quotes deleted, ask us; we'll delete what we aren't required to keep and tell you what we have to retain, such as records of paid orders.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used with us, or call (702) 755-4722. We'll confirm it's you before we change or delete anything.
You don't need an account to get a quote, and you don't have to pay online: you can ask us for an invoice instead.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults buying printing. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
