MAGIC in brief
MAGIC Las Vegas is Informa's fashion trade event, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center alongside PROJECT, SOURCING and OFFPRICE. It has a February and an August edition; the next is February 16–18, 2027. GES is the official services provider, and contractor forms go through its ordering site.
For graphics, two editions a year is the point. A booth built to MAGIC's hard-wall rules can come back in August with new graphics on the same walls, and when the booth is stored in Las Vegas, the refresh doesn't involve shipping walls anywhere.

The 8-foot rule and what goes on the walls
MAGIC's custom booth guidelines don't allow anything more than 8 feet from the floor, including booth walls, custom furniture, lighting, truss, AV equipment and signage. Peninsulas need an 8-foot back wall; island walls must be 8 feet high and finished front and back. Raw-space booths need hard walls — a back wall and two side walls — and the outside faces of any wall neighbouring another exhibitor must be finished white and unbranded. Custom fabric and pipe-and-drape walls are not approved, and unfinished walls are covered by GES at your expense.
So the graphics live on hard walls under 8 feet, on the faces that look onto your aisles. A wall wrap printed to your panels' exact sizes, with the seams placed off faces and lettering, is the usual answer; our wall graphics quote draws the panels on your wall before you order. Keep the neighbour-facing sides white.

Renderings, approvals and the January 17 deadline
New exhibitors taking raw space, and returning exhibitors making changes, submit a booth rendering for show management's approval before January 17. The rendering must show all the important elements, the materials, and front, side and back views — including the locations of graphics, graphics images and logos — with widths and heights in feet and inches. Approvals can take several weeks.
The final booth must match the approved documents. If it doesn't, you'll be required to modify it before the show opens or the booth will be blocked, at your expense. That makes the rendering a graphics deadline: decide what goes where, at what size, before January 17, then print what was approved. If you need the artwork at proof stage for the rendering, start your quote early and we'll get you the layout.

Floor decals at MAGIC
MAGIC's rule is short: floor decal graphics must be printed on approved material and installed and removed by the exhibitor-appointed contractor, with no residue left behind. Cleaning any residue is charged back to the exhibitor, and flames of any kind are strictly prohibited for installing graphics.
We print hard-floor decals with an anti-slip laminate on every one — carpet takes a carpet graphic film — and large decals as butted pieces rather than overlaps, so there's no edge to trip on. Ask your show contact or EAC which material is approved, put it in your quote notes, and we'll print to it; your EAC lays it and lifts it. See floor graphics and the floor graphics rules guide.

Who installs graphics at MAGIC
GES labor isn't required if you bring custom booth walls, but an approved exhibitor-appointed contractor is. MAGIC's show rules say any EAC doing installation and dismantling must be party to a collective bargaining agreement with a union qualified to do that work, and the work must be done by members of the local union. Installation and dismantling, as the rules define it, includes the installation and removal of wall coverings and floor coverings, hanging signs and the placement of exhibit-related signs.
Your EAC also files the notification form, badge requests and certificate of insurance through GES's ordering site. We print to MAGIC's rules and deliver for move-in; your EAC applies the graphics.

Other rules that touch print
- Fireproofing — all materials used in an exhibit must be flame-retardant; fabrics must be certified flame-retardant or a sample must be available for testing. Tell us if you need certificates before you order.
- Signs — show management can require any sign it decides is not in the show's interest to be changed, and no nudity is permitted on any signage.
- The building — nothing may be posted on, tacked, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors or other parts of the hall without permission from the building authority.
- Stickers — distributing gummed promotional stickers or labels is strictly prohibited, so keep sticker giveaways for after the show.
- Screens — flat screens can mount on the outside of raw-space walls but not above 8 feet, and booth AV must run with the sound off.

Refreshing graphics between editions
Because the walls must be hard and the backs white, a MAGIC booth is a good candidate for graphics that change while the structure stays. Removable vinyl on the faces of the walls comes off cleanly for the next collection, and the new season's graphics can be printed from updated files to the same panel sizes.
Innovate 3D, our sister company in the same building, designs and builds custom hard-wall booths for MAGIC; see its MAGIC booth guide. We print the graphics that go on them.
Ordering MAGIC graphics
Upload your artwork to the wall or floor quote with your wall sizes, or send us the booth details for signs and anything else. Tell us your booth type, wall heights and whether your rendering is approved, and we'll print to the approved design.
Questions we get
Do you print MAGIC booth graphics in Las Vegas?
Yes. We print MAGIC wall graphics, floor decals and signs at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave to the show's custom booth rules, and deliver them for move-in. Your exhibitor-appointed contractor installs them, as MAGIC requires.
How tall can graphics be at MAGIC Las Vegas?
Eight feet. MAGIC's custom booth guidelines don't allow anything more than 8 feet from the floor, booth walls and signage included.
Can we use floor decals at MAGIC?
Yes, on approved material, installed and removed by your exhibitor-appointed contractor with no residue left behind. Residue cleaning is charged back to the exhibitor, and no flames may be used to install graphics.
When is the MAGIC booth approval deadline for February 2027?
Raw-space booths submit a rendering with measurements, showing where graphics and logos go, before January 17, and approvals can take several weeks. The finished booth must match what was approved.
Who installs graphics in a MAGIC booth?
An approved exhibitor-appointed contractor that is party to a union collective bargaining agreement and uses local union members. MAGIC's rules count wall coverings, floor coverings and sign placement as installation work.
Can we hand out stickers at MAGIC?
No. MAGIC's show rules strictly prohibit distributing gummed promotional stickers or labels. Our custom decals and stickers are better saved for after the show.
