CES 2027 graphics dates, in order
Freeman is the general contractor. These are its dates for the Las Vegas Convention Center; if your booth is at another CES venue, check that venue's quick facts, because target times and deadlines can differ.

Which venue's manual applies
CES isn't one building. CTA lists twelve official venues for 2027, grouped into three campuses — LVCC, Venetian and C Space — and publishes separate exhibitor manuals for ARIA, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo, the Venetian exhibit suites and Fontainebleau. The first thing to confirm is which venue your space is in, because that venue's rules for walls, glass and floors sit underneath the show's.
At the LVCC, wall clings need your CSM's approval and are installed by the official service contractor or an approved vendor, and adhesive-backed material isn't allowed on painted walls. At Venetian Expo, every cling needs the Expo Event Manager's approval and is installed by the general contractor. Details on the LVCC and Venetian Expo pages.

Contractor rules that touch graphics
CES's 2027 EAC rules decide who can install graphics in your booth, and when. The ones that matter for print:
- An EAC registers for each booth or meeting room it works in, and carries insurance through the show as the exhibitor manual sets out.
- Workers wear the daily wristband, and the LVCC requires every EAC company to register with it and every worker to show an ESCA badge or a union trade card.
- EACs abide by all existing union contracts, work only during published move-in and move-out hours, and need CES Operations' permission before 2:30 PM for any after-hours work that day.
- Exhibitors and their contractors may not operate motorized or mechanical material-handling equipment or lifts, and no motorized equipment is allowed on the floor after 7 AM on January 5.
- Ladders, saws and gang boxes must be off the floor by 10 PM on January 4 and can't come back until the show closes.
- EACs can't perform exclusive services — freight and material handling, booth cleaning, security, electrical, catering, telephone and internet, plumbing or rigging — and can't remove floor-marking tape until the show closes.

What that means for your graphics
Plan graphics that need height first. Anything high on a wall or a tower needs a ladder or a lift, and the rules take ladders off the floor on the night of January 4 and stop motorized equipment the next morning. If a tall graphic needs a lift, plan it with the show's general contractor rather than your own crew.
Hanging signs run on their own, earlier clock: the request by November 25 and the finished sign at the warehouse by December 4. Treat those as print deadlines, not shipping deadlines.
Who applies your graphics is a labor question before it's a print question. Your own full-time staff can do it where CES and the venue allow; otherwise it's a registered EAC working under union contracts, or Freeman's labor. We print to the venue's and the show's spec, deliver for move-in, and coordinate the install with your show's contractor and labor desk.
When graphics change late
At a show built around launches, copy changes late: a product name, a partner logo, a demo that moved to another wall. Each change after the warehouse deadline costs more to ship and handle, so the earlier you can freeze files, the better.
When a change does come late, a printer in Las Vegas means the corrected panel doesn't have to ride a truck across the country. Tell us the deadline and the booth's target time when you order, and we'll confirm what's possible for your dates — including over the holidays — before you count on it.
Ordering from us or from the show's kit
Freeman sells graphics through the show's online store, and ordering there keeps everything with one contractor. Ordering from us gets you a check of your artwork at the size you're printing — resolution, bleed, fonts and seams — a proof before anything prints, and a print shop in town for a change or a reprint. Either way, the venue's rules and the show's labor rules are the same.
If you order from us, send the venue and hall, your booth number, which deadline you're working to, and the Freeman labels for your booth. We deliver to the advance warehouse labelled for your booth, or direct to show at your target time if that's what your booth needs.
Floor graphics at CES
Inside your booth, check your venue's CES exhibitor manual for what may be applied to the floor and by whom; in public areas, the venue's cling rules apply. Floor-marking tape stays down until the show closes.
Every vinyl floor graphic we print for a hard floor carries an anti-slip laminate, carpet graphics use a film made for carpet, and large pieces butt together instead of overlapping so there's no trip edge. See floor graphics and the floor graphics rules guide.

Ordering CES graphics
For walls, windows and floors, upload your file to the wall, window or floor quote and you'll see how it prints at your size and what it costs. For banners, counter wraps, hanging sign fabric or anything else, send us the details. For a full custom booth, Innovate 3D designs and builds CES exhibits — see its CES booth guide.
Questions we get
Do you print CES graphics in Las Vegas?
Yes. We print CES booth graphics — walls, windows, floors, banners and signs — at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave, to your venue's and the show's spec, and deliver them to Freeman's advance warehouse or direct to show at your target time.
When are CES 2027 graphics due?
Freeman's advance warehouse receives from November 9, 2026. Hanging sign requests are due November 25, hanging signs and carpet must be at the warehouse by December 4, and freight arriving after December 11 carries after-deadline charges. Targeted move-in at the LVCC runs December 26 to January 5.
Can graphics ship to the Freeman warehouse for CES?
Yes. Freeman's advance warehouse at 6675 W Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89118 receives crated, boxed or skidded material from November 9, 2026. Use the Freeman labels for your booth; after December 11, after-deadline charges apply.
Who can install graphics in my CES booth?
Your own full-time staff where the show and venue allow it, or an exhibitor-appointed contractor designated by November 6, 2026, who registers for your booth, wears an ESCA badge or union trade card and abides by existing union contracts. Exclusive services, such as rigging, stay with the official contractors.
Can a Las Vegas printer reprint a graphic during CES move-in?
A local printer removes the cross-country shipping from a reprint, but timing depends on the print, the finishing and the holiday calendar. Tell us your booth's target time when you order, and we'll confirm what's possible before you count on it.
Which CES venue rules apply to my booth?
The rules of the venue your space is in. CES publishes separate exhibitor manuals for ARIA, the LVCC, Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo, the Venetian exhibit suites and Fontainebleau, and each venue's building rules sit under the show's.
Can I put floor graphics in my CES booth?
Check your venue's CES exhibitor manual: it says what may be applied to the floor and who applies it. In public areas the venue's cling rules apply. Our hard-floor graphics always carry an anti-slip laminate, and carpet graphics use a carpet film.
