Showrooms, not booths

Las Vegas Market is the furniture, home décor and gift market on the World Market Center campus: four interconnected buildings with permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits. The temporary exhibit area is now called First Finds, after years as "the Temporaries". The Las Vegas Design Center keeps permanent showrooms open year-round between markets.

A permanent showroom changes its look for each market without changing its walls. That's what vinyl is good at: a seasonal wall graphic on removable film, new window graphics on the showroom front, a floor graphic that walks buyers to the new collection. The graphics come down cleanly when the season turns, and the next set goes up on the same surfaces.

Getting graphics into the building

The campus's logistics guide sets the rules for anything that comes in by truck or van. Every freight movement needs a dock appointment, booked through the campus's reservation system and confirmed at least 24 business hours before arrival; market appointments open 90 days ahead, and freight arriving without a confirmed appointment can incur unscheduled-delivery fees. If a carrier or a supplier books on your behalf, you remain responsible for confirming the appointment.

Shipments must be consigned to the exhibiting company and showroom number, at the address of the right building — each building on the campus has its own — and shipped prepaid; collect shipments aren't accepted. Tenants don't have to use the campus's logistics service and may use any carrier or crew, bringing their own equipment for loading and unloading.

So when we deliver showroom graphics, we need your showroom number, the building and a dock appointment you've confirmed. Rolled graphics are light, but they still count as freight at the dock.

Timing around market week

Between markets, the docks run Monday to Friday by appointment, with hours extended as needed during the move-in period before each market. Before market opens, the campus sets clean-floor cutoffs: after them, nothing may sit in the atriums, hallways or common areas, and late freight is left in the freight lobby on the showroom's floor for you to carry in. For the summer 2026 market, the cutoffs were noon on the Thursday before market for atriums and noon on the Friday for hallways.

During market hours, freight isn't delivered to showrooms at all. Install graphics before the clean-floor cutoffs so that the showroom is finished, the hallway is clear and nothing is waiting on a dock slot when buyers arrive. The winter 2027 dates hadn't been published when we checked in October 2026; the exhibitor portal and the logistics office have them.

Who installs showroom graphics

The campus's general labor service covers unboxing, lifting and moving, placement, light-bulb installation and basic assembly, with the exhibitor supervising — applying graphics isn't on that list. That leaves showroom graphics to your own team or to an installer you bring in.

At World Market Center, we confirm with your tenant relations manager how outside installers get access and dock time before we schedule — the campus hasn't published an installer-access rule that we could find. Materials for a showroom that changes every season

For walls that get new graphics every market, removable vinyl comes off painted walls cleanly, and low-tack vinyl is gentler still on delicate paint. If the showroom was just repainted, the paint needs about two weeks to cure before vinyl goes on — schedule the paint before the graphics. Textured or block walls take a conformable film worked in with heat.

Glass showroom fronts can carry cut lettering, full-colour graphics or perforated film that lets people see in and out. Floor graphics on hard showroom floors carry an anti-slip laminate every time; carpeted showrooms take a carpet graphic film. The wall, window and floor graphics pages explain each material.

Temporary exhibits in First Finds

Temporary exhibitors work to the exhibit rules that come with their space, which aren't public. Ask your leasing contact what may be applied to the walls and floor of your space and who may install it before you order; freestanding graphics on your own panels, banners on stands and rigid signs avoid most of those questions. We print banners and rigid signs for that.
