Decals, wall wraps and murals
Wall decals are shapes, logos or lettering cut out of vinyl — no background, just the graphic on your painted wall. They're cut along the outline of your artwork (or your file's own cut line) and come masked with application tape so every letter goes up where it should.
A wall wrap covers a whole wall edge to edge: a brand wall behind reception, a photo backdrop, a hallway of product imagery. It prints in vertical panels that overlap slightly, with extra at the edges so the installer can trim tight into corners, ceilings and baseboards.
A mural is the same idea at a bigger, more artistic scale — a skyline, an illustration, a full lobby of colour. If you're not sure which you need, start a quote with the wall size and your file; the drawing shows the result either way.
Pick the vinyl by what the wall needs
Tell the quote what the wall is, how long the graphic stays up and whether it must come off clean, and it recommends the material and says why. These are the four we run for walls:
Removable wall vinyl
Matte vinyl for painted walls. Comes off clean for up to about two years.
- Goes on
- Painted wall, Metal, laminate or other smooth surface, Wood, MDF or plywood
- Removal
- Comes off clean
- Finish
- No · Matte · Gloss · Dry-erase
Low-tack wall vinyl
Gentle adhesive for delicate or recently painted walls and short events. Lifts off without pulling paint.
- Goes on
- Painted wall, Painted in the last 2 weeks
- Removal
- Comes off clean
- Finish
- No · Matte
Textured-wall vinyl
Conformable high-tack film applied with heat so it settles into texture, block, brick and raw MDF.
- Goes on
- Textured wall (orange peel, knockdown), Brick, block or stucco, Wood, MDF or plywood, Painted wall
- Removal
- Removed with heat
- Finish
- No · Matte · Gloss · Anti-graffiti
Permanent vinyl
Long-life adhesive vinyl for signs, doors, metal, glass and smooth surfaces that stay put.
- Goes on
- Metal, laminate or other smooth surface, Glass, Wood, MDF or plywood, Painted wall
- Removal
- Long-term
- Finish
- No · Matte · Gloss · Anti-graffiti
Textured walls, brick and fresh paint
Ordinary wall vinyl bridges over orange-peel and knockdown texture and starts to lift. On texture, block, brick and raw MDF we use a conformable high-tack film that's worked into the surface with heat. On brick and block, removal takes heat too and may leave a little residue — we'll say so on your quote.
New paint needs about two weeks to cure before any vinyl goes on; it releases solvents that stop adhesive bonding. If your wall was just painted, choose “painted in the last 2 weeks” in the quote and we'll schedule the install after it's cured.
Panels, seams and where they fall
Large walls print in vertical drops, like wallpaper, because a roll is only so wide. Each drop overlaps the next by half an inch so there's never a gap, and the outer edges carry an extra inch for trimming on site. A long, short graphic — a band along a hallway — prints as one horizontal run instead.
Seams belong in open space, not through a face or a word. When you upload your artwork, the quote draws your wall with every seam on it and warns you if one crosses lettering. Drag the seam to move it — it stops at the widest piece the printer can make.
Will my artwork look sharp at this size?
It depends on how close people stand. A mural seen from across a lobby needs far fewer pixels per inch than a sign read at arm's length. The quote grades every image in your file at the size you're ordering — sharp up close, sharp from a few feet, fine from across the room, or too low — and tells you the distance it holds up at.
Vector artwork (most logos and type from PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files) scales to any size without losing sharpness. Photos are where size matters. If an image grades too low, you'll see it boxed on the drawing before you order — not after it's on the wall.
Laminate: matte, gloss, dry-erase, anti-graffiti
- No laminate — UV-cured inks resist scratching and fading on their own for most indoor walls.
- Matte — no glare under show lighting or big lobby windows, plus scuff protection.
- Gloss — punchier colour and an easy-wipe surface.
- Dry-erase — turns the graphic into a write-on, wipe-off board: planners, calendars, menus.
- Anti-graffiti — paint and marker wipe off; for exterior and high-traffic walls.
Installation by our crew
Our installers prep the surface, hang the panels true to level, trim into corners and around outlets and fixtures, and clean up. Tell the quote how high the wall goes (ladder height or above, which needs a lift), whether the work has to happen after hours or on a weekend, and whether you want us to come back and take it down later. Big or unusual installs are confirmed with you before you pay.
Prefer to install it yourself or have your own contractor do it? Choose pickup or delivery — panels come labelled A, B, C… in hanging order, with the overlap marked.
Walls at convention centers, hotels and casinos
Event venues set their own rules for what goes on their walls. At the Las Vegas Convention Center, adhesive-backed materials are prohibited on painted surfaces and walls — clings are preferred — and wall clings must be approved in advance by your show's convention service manager and installed and removed by the official service contractor or an approved vendor. We print to those rules; see the LVCC graphics page for the details.
Hotel and casino walls need the property's approval, and often an after-hours window. We'll work to their schedule and spec.

What moves the price
We don't publish a rate card because walls aren't one-size. Upload your file and the quote prices your wall — these are the things that change it:
- The area you're covering
- The material (removable, textured-wall, permanent)
- A laminate, if you want one
- Cutting to shape or cut lettering instead of a rectangle
- How many panels the wall needs
- Installation: height, after-hours or weekend work, removal later
- Turnaround
Questions we get
Do you print and install wall graphics in Las Vegas?
Yes. We print wall graphics, wall wraps and murals at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave and install them across the Las Vegas valley — offices, lobbies, retail, restaurants, casinos and event spaces. You can get a price online from your own artwork.
How much do wall graphics cost?
It depends on the wall: the area, the vinyl, any laminate, how many panels it takes and what the install involves. Start a quote with your wall size and file and you'll see the price for your wall in seconds — plus the panel layout and any problems with the artwork.
Can I vinyl wrap a wall, and will it damage the paint?
Yes. Removable wall vinyl comes off clean for up to about two years on painted drywall, and low-tack vinyl is gentler still for delicate paint and short events. Paint needs about two weeks to cure first. Textured-wall and permanent films are for surfaces where removal isn't the priority — the quote tells you which you're getting.
What's the difference between a wall decal, a wall wrap and a mural?
A decal is a cut-out shape or lettering with no background. A wall wrap covers the whole wall edge to edge in printed panels. A mural is a large, usually illustrated wall wrap. All three are printed vinyl; the quote handles each one.
Does vinyl stick to textured walls or brick?
Ordinary wall vinyl doesn't hold well on texture. We use a conformable high-tack film that's heated into orange-peel, knockdown, block and brick. On brick and block, removal also takes heat and may leave a little residue.
Can a wall graphic come down after an event?
Yes — choose removable or low-tack vinyl and “must come off clean” in the quote. If you'd like us to take it down, tick “take it down later” under installation.
What resolution does my mural file need?
Less than you'd think for a big wall, more for a small one. The quote grades every image in your file at the size you're ordering and tells you the distance it looks sharp from. Vector logos and type stay sharp at any size.
Can you match our brand colours?
We print in CMYK with white ink available. If your file uses named spot colours we match them as closely as our inks allow — tell us when a colour must be exact and we'll talk through a proof.
