Vinyl banner printing in Las Vegas

Event, storefront and trade show banners printed at our shop on W Reno Ave, finished for the way they'll hang, and hung by our crew when you need it. Send your artwork and size for a quote.

Banners for events, storefronts and shows

A banner is the quickest way to put a big message somewhere temporary: a grand opening over a storefront, a sponsor banner across a stage, a registration header, a fence line at an outdoor event, a backdrop behind a speaker. It rolls up, travels, hangs from grommets, a pole or a frame, and comes down without a mark on the building.

If the graphic is going onto a wall for good, a wall graphic is usually the better product. If it needs to stand on its own on an easel or a counter, look at rigid signs. Banners are for hanging, and for moving.

Solid or mesh

Solid vinyl banners block light completely and carry the richest colour — the choice for indoor banners, stage backdrops and anything that will be photographed. Mesh banners are perforated so wind passes through, which matters on fences, scaffolding, building faces and open lots, where a solid banner catches the wind like a sail and pulls at its ties.

Tell us where the banner is hanging — indoors or out, against a wall or across an open span, how exposed to wind — and we'll recommend the material for that spot on your quote.

Hems, grommets and pole pockets

  • Hems — the edges are folded over and sealed, so they hold up under tension instead of tearing at the edge.
  • Grommets — metal eyelets along the hem for ties, bungees, zip ties or hooks. Tell us the spacing you need, or how the banner will be tied off.
  • Pole pockets — a sleeve across the top, the bottom or both, for a pole, a pipe or a stand's crossbar. Give us the pole's diameter so the pocket fits.
  • Trimmed flush — cut to size with no finishing, for banners going into a frame or a stand that clamps the edges.

Big banners, seams and files

A banner bigger than the width of the material needs a seam. If yours does, we'll show where it falls on your proof — and, as with any seam, it belongs in open background, not through a logo or a line of text.

Banners are seen from farther away than you might expect: across a ballroom, a parking lot or a show hall. That means a photo doesn't need to be enormous for a big banner, but it does need to be big enough. Build the file at the finished size or to scale, with the background running past the edges and text kept clear of hems and grommets, and we'll check the images at the banner's size and tell you if anything will look soft.

Wind and sun in Las Vegas

Outdoors here, wind and sun do the damage. Tie a banner off at every grommet and keep it taut, so it doesn't flap itself apart; choose mesh for anything on a fence, a scaffold or high on a building. Desert sun fades every print over time, so a banner that has to last past a season should be planned as a replacement, not expected to look new forever.

A banner on the outside of a building may also need the landlord's or the local jurisdiction's sign approval. Check before you hang it.

Hanging banners at venues

Venues control how banners hang. At the Las Vegas Convention Center, nails, tacks, screws and tape can't be used to hang signs or banners. Hotels and resorts set their own rules for ballroom and pre-function banners; ask the property's event services team how banners may hang before you choose the finishing.

Hanging signs over trade show booths are a separate, rigged product with their own deadlines. For CES 2027, sign orders are due to Freeman by November 25, 2026, and the signs must reach the advance warehouse by December 4 (Freeman, CES 2027 quick facts). For booth graphics, see trade show graphics.

Step-and-repeat backdrops

A step-and-repeat is a backdrop printed with a repeating pattern of logos, made for photos at a red carpet, a gala, a launch or a sponsor wall. Three things make one work on camera: a logo pattern sized so at least one full set of logos shows behind every person in the frame, a low-glare surface so camera flash doesn't flare, and a backdrop pulled tight, without waves or creases.

Tell us the frame or stand you're using, or how the backdrop will hang, and we'll finish the banner to fit it. Send the logos as vector files and we can lay out the repeat pattern for you to approve on the proof.

Hanging it for you

Our crew hangs banners at storefronts, offices and event spaces where the property allows it. Banners above ladder height need a lift, which we confirm with you and the venue before the price is final. Tell us the date, the access hours and whether we should take the banner down afterwards. See installation.

What moves the price

Banners aren't priced from a size chart here, because the finishing and the hanging change the job. What moves the price:

  • The size and how many you need
  • The material for where it hangs
  • Finishing — hems, grommets, pole pockets
  • A seam, if the banner is wider than the material
  • Design help, including a step-and-repeat layout
  • Hanging and take-down
  • Turnaround

How to order

Send us a request with the size, how many, where and how it will hang, the finishing you need and the date it has to be up, and attach your artwork if it's ready. We'll reply with a quote and a proof; you approve it, pay, and we print. Pick it up at the shop on W Reno Ave, have it delivered in Las Vegas or to a venue, or have our crew hang it.

Questions we get

Do you print banners in Las Vegas?

Yes. We print vinyl banners at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave for events, storefronts, trade shows and hotel venues, finished with hems, grommets or pole pockets, and our crew hangs them where the property allows. Send your size and artwork for a quote.

How much does a banner cost?

It depends on the size, the quantity, the material, the finishing, any seam on a very large banner, design help and whether we hang it. Send us those details with your artwork and we'll quote the banner you actually need.

How much does an 8×4 banner cost?

An 8 × 4 ft banner's price still depends on the material, the finishing (hems, grommets or pole pockets), how many you need and whether we hang it. Send us the size and your artwork and the quote gives you the exact figure.

Should I get a mesh or solid vinyl banner?

Solid vinyl for indoors, backdrops and anything photographed — it blocks light and carries the strongest colour. Mesh for fences, scaffolding and exposed outdoor spots, where wind passes through instead of pulling at the ties. Tell us where it's hanging and we'll recommend one.

Can you hang the banner for us?

Yes, at storefronts, offices and event spaces where the property allows it. Above ladder height we confirm a lift with you and the venue. At convention centers, the venue's rules decide how banners hang — the LVCC, for example, doesn't allow nails, tacks, screws or tape.

Do you make step-and-repeat backdrops?

Yes. We print the backdrop with your repeating logo pattern and finish it to fit the frame or stand you're using. Send the logos as vector files and we can lay out the pattern for you to approve on the proof.

What file do you need for a banner?

A PDF, AI, EPS or SVG at the finished size or to scale is ideal; high-resolution PNG, JPG, TIFF or PSD files work too. Run the background past the edges and keep text clear of hems and grommets. We check the images at the banner's size before it prints.
