Vinyl graphics installation in Las Vegas

Our crew installs the wall, window and floor graphics we print — in offices, storefronts, restaurants, hotels and casinos with the property's approval, and event spaces where the venue allows. Add installation to any wall, window or floor quote and it's priced alongside the print.

What our crew installs

Our crew installs what we print for walls, windows and floors. Ladder-height work — up to about 12 feet — is the standard install; higher than that, in atriums, two-story lobbies or tall storefront transoms, the work needs a lift, and we confirm the lift and access with you before the price is final.

  • Walls — wall wraps, murals, decals and lettering on painted drywall, textured walls, brick and block, wood and smooth panels, hung true to level and trimmed into corners. See wall graphics.
  • Windows — one-way film on the outside of storefront glass, frosted privacy film, lettering and hours, static clings. See window graphics.
  • Floors — floor graphics on sealed and show floors, carpet film, and sidewalk graphics on outdoor concrete. See floor graphics.
  • Counters, doors and fixtures — permanent vinyl on smooth counters, doors, cases and panels.
  • Taking it down — removal of graphics we installed, on the date you set.

How installation is priced

Installation is priced from the job, not a flat fee. The quote looks at the area being installed and what it's going on — walls, glass, floors, textured surfaces and specialty work each take a different amount of time — then the height, and whether the work happens after hours or on a weekend. Taking it down later is priced the same way. Small jobs carry an install minimum, because a crew still loads the van and drives out.

Some installs are confirmed by the shop before the price is final: anything above ladder height, union or convention venues, specialty installs, and very large jobs where we plan the crew and the schedule. Your quote says when that applies, and you don't pay until the price is confirmed.

Getting the space ready

  • Clear access — furniture moved off the wall, displays out of the window, the floor area closed to traffic while we work.
  • Cured paint — new paint needs about two weeks before vinyl goes on. Painted recently? Choose “painted in the last 2 weeks” in the wall quote and we'll schedule the install after it cures.
  • Building access — the property's vendor check-in, where the van parks and unloads, a freight elevator if there is one, and who lets the crew in.
  • Power and light — a working outlet nearby (textured-wall and sidewalk films go on with heat) and enough light to work by.
  • Approvals in writing — the landlord's, property's or venue's sign-off before install day, so nothing stops the crew at the door.

Hotels, casinos and convention centers

Hotels and casinos. We install with the property's approval and to its rules: vendor check-in, which dock and which hours we're allowed on the floor, and how finishes are protected. Guest areas often mean an overnight or early-morning window. Send us the property's event services or facilities contact when you order.

Convention centers. Here the venue and the show decide who applies graphics. At the Las Vegas Convention Center, wall clings are installed and removed by the official service contractor or an approved vendor. At Venetian Expo, the general contractor installs and removes every cling (Venetian Expo General Contractor & Production Guide, p. 6). Inside a booth, the show's labour rules apply — at AAPEX 2026, for example, Teamsters Local 631 covers wall and floor coverings unless the exhibitor's own full-time staff do the work (AAPEX 2026 Union Rules) — and any company appointed to work at the LVCC needs the LVCVA's contractor permit.

So for convention halls, what we offer is graphics printed to the venue's and show's spec, packed and labelled for the installer, and delivered for move-in. If your show lets your own staff apply them, they arrive ready to go up. More on show floors: trade show graphics and the LVCC graphics page.

Taking graphics down

Plan the take-down when you plan the install. Removable and low-tack wall vinyl, one-way, frosted and blockout window film, floor graphic vinyl and carpet film are made to come off clean. Textured-wall and sidewalk films are worked in with heat and come off with heat, and on brick and block they may leave a little residue. Permanent vinyl is meant to stay.

Choose “take it down later” on the quote and our crew comes back on the date you set with us; it's priced with the install. Short-term graphics — an event, a promotion, a season — should be on removable films from the start, and the quote picks them when you say the graphic must come off clean.

How an installed order works

  • Price it. Upload your artwork to a wall, window or floor quote, enter the size, and choose “install it for me”. Add the height, after-hours or weekend work and take-down if you need them.
  • Save it. We check your files and confirm the price, including any install the shop confirms.
  • Approve and pay. Check the proof, approve it, and pay online — or by check or invoice where we've agreed it.
  • We print and schedule. You hear from us when your graphics are printing, when they're ready to install, when the crew is installing, and when the job's done.

Installation for other jobs

Have graphics that aren't a simple wall, window or floor — a mix of signs and vinyl across a building, a phased install, a job at a property with special rules? Send us the details with photos of the space, sizes, the address and the dates, and we'll tell you what we can take on and quote it.

Questions we get

Do you install vinyl graphics in Las Vegas?

Yes. Our crew installs the wall, window and floor graphics we print across the Las Vegas valley — offices, storefronts, restaurants, hotels and casinos with the property's approval, and event spaces where the venue allows. Add installation to any wall, window or floor quote and it's priced with the print.

How is installation priced?

From the job: the area, the surface (walls, glass, floors, textured or specialty), the height, after-hours or weekend work, and take-down if you want it, with a minimum for small jobs. Lift work, union or convention venues, specialty and very large installs are confirmed by the shop before you pay.

Can you work after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Choose after hours or weekend on the quote, and tell us the access times. Hotels, casinos and busy storefronts often need the work done overnight or before opening.

How high can you install?

Up to about 12 feet is ladder work. Above that, the job needs a lift, which we confirm with you and the property — access, floor protection and the lift itself — before the price is final.

Can you install at the LVCC or Venetian Expo?

In those halls the venue and the show decide who applies graphics: the LVCC's official service contractor or an approved vendor for wall clings, Venetian Expo's general contractor for every cling, and the show's labour rules inside booths. We print to their spec and deliver for move-in, labelled for whoever installs.

Do you remove old vinyl?

We take down graphics we installed — choose “take it down later” on the quote. For old vinyl someone else put up, send us photos of the graphic and the surface, and we'll tell you whether it's a job we can take on.

What do I need to do before install day?

Clear access to the surface, make sure paint has cured for about two weeks, arrange building access and parking, keep an outlet and good light nearby, and get the property's or venue's approval in writing.

Can I install the graphics myself?

Yes. Choose pickup or delivery instead of installation. Panels come labelled in hanging order with the overlap marked, and cut lettering comes masked on application tape.
