Order terms

Last updated October 2026

These terms apply to quotes and orders with Vegas Visual — legally Innovate 3D LLC, doing business as Vegas Visual. They're written to be read. If something here doesn't fit your job, talk to us before you approve; anything we agree in writing for your order takes priority.

Quotes and estimates

Our online quote prices your graphics from your file and the choices you make. The price is held until the expiry date shown on the quote; after that, it's re-priced.

Some quotes are estimates the shop confirms before you pay — for example, installs that need a lift, work at union venues, specialty surfaces, very large jobs, or anything that needs a closer look. If we change an estimate, we'll show you the confirmed price and you decide whether to go ahead. You never pay a price you haven't seen.

Proofs and approval: we print what you approve

Before we print, you approve a proof. Check it carefully: spelling, phone numbers and dates, sizes, the material and finish, where the seams fall, and anything our artwork check has flagged. Your approval — the name you type, with the time — is recorded.

We print what you approve. If the approved proof has a mistake in it, a reprint to fix it is a new order. If we print something that doesn't match the approved proof, we fix it at our cost.

Colour

Screens and printers make colour differently, so a print won't match your screen exactly. Colour can also vary a little between materials, between finishes, and between print runs made at different times. We match named spot colours as closely as our inks allow.

If a colour must be exact — a brand colour on a wall next to an existing sign, for example — tell us before you approve, and we'll talk through how to check it. Small colour variation isn't a defect.

Your files and content

You're responsible for what's in your artwork: the words, the spelling, and having the right to use every logo, photo, font and design in it. By ordering, you confirm you do, and you agree to cover us if someone claims otherwise. We may decline to print anything unlawful or that we're not comfortable printing.

Our artwork check looks at resolution at your size, bleed, fonts and seams and tells you what it finds, but it can't judge your content. If you choose to print after a warning — an image that's low-resolution at your size, for example — the result is your call.

Payment

Prices include the graphics, any options you chose and any order charges shown, plus sales tax where it applies. We start production when the order is paid, or when we've agreed other terms with you in writing. Online payments are handled by Stripe; you can ask us for an invoice instead.

Changes and cancellations

Before you approve the proof, you can change or cancel the quote at no cost. After approval, changes and cancellations may cost: we'll charge for work already done and material already used, and once something is printed, the printed part can't be cancelled. If a change moves the price or the date, we'll tell you before we go ahead.

Dates

We'll give you a due date with your order and work to it. Dates depend on your approval and payment arriving when planned; a late approval, a file change or a site that isn't ready moves the date. If something on our side puts a date at risk, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

Installation and site readiness

When we install, we schedule a date and time with you. The site needs to be ready when we arrive: surfaces clean, dry and sound; paint cured — new paint needs about two weeks before vinyl goes on; the area clear of furniture and people; access, parking or loading arranged; and power and lift access where the job needs them.

If we arrive and can't work because the site isn't ready, rescheduling may cost. Vinyl bonds to the surface it's applied to, so the condition of that surface matters: we're not responsible for paint, plaster or finishes that lift with a graphic because the surface underneath was weak, contaminated or not cured. Removable films are made to come off cleanly, but results depend on the surface and how long the graphic has been up.

Venue, landlord and show approvals

Getting approval to put graphics up is the customer's responsibility: from the venue, the show, the property, the landlord or the building, and any permit the job needs. We print to the spec and rules you give us, and our venue and show pages are a starting point, not a guarantee that a venue will accept a graphic. Who may install at a venue is set by the venue and the show, not by us.

Delivery and pickup

You can collect from our shop, have us deliver, or have us deliver to a venue or show contractor. Once graphics are collected, or delivered to the address or contractor you gave us, they're in your care. Please check them on arrival and tell us right away about anything wrong, before they're installed or altered.

If something goes wrong

If we make a mistake, we'll put it right by reprinting, reinstalling or refunding the affected part of the order. Our total responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We're not responsible for indirect losses that come from a delay or a problem — lost sales, event costs, travel or the cost of a missed show — so build time into your schedule for the unexpected. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be limited.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Questions about them? Email [email protected] or call (702) 755-4722.
