What we print for booths
- Back walls and wall wraps — printed panels for booth walls and meeting-room walls, with seams kept off faces and text. Price wall graphics.
- Floor graphics — logos, paths and full booth floors on show-floor vinyl with an anti-slip finish, or on carpet film. Price floor graphics.
- Counter, kiosk and plinth wraps — permanent vinyl on smooth counters, cases and display fixtures.
- Clings and lettering for glass and acrylic — meeting-room glass, display cases and partitions. Price window graphics.
- Banners — for booth headers, stage fronts and backdrops. See banners.
- Printed signs on board — counter cards, easel signs and directional signs. See rigid signs.
- Backlit graphics — for lightboxes, including the LVCC's public-area lightboxes.
- Fabric (SEG) graphics — ask us.
Order from your file, checked before it prints
Exhibitor graphics go wrong in a few predictable ways: a photo that looks fine on a laptop and soft at eight feet tall, fonts that didn't travel with the file, colours set up for screens, artwork that stops dead at the edge. Upload to a wall, window or floor quote and the Artwork check reads your file at the size you're ordering and flags each of those, pinned to the spot on the drawing — before anything prints, not after it's in the crate.
Upload several files and each becomes its own graphic on one quote, with its own size and quantity. Save the quote and we check the files, confirm the price and send a proof; once you approve it and pay, it goes into production. We take PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD/PSB and WebP files. If the artwork isn't finished, every quote offers design help, from adding bleed and resizing to a full layout from your logo and content.
Getting graphics to the show
The LVCC and Venetian Expo don't accept shipments for exhibitors. Your show's general contractor receives everything — at its advance warehouse ahead of the show, or at the dock on your targeted move-in date. The exhibitor kit names the contractor, the warehouse address, the receiving dates and the labels to use.
We pack and label to those instructions and deliver locally: to the advance warehouse, to the show site on your target date, or to your hotel or office in town. At shows that use Freeman, the advance warehouse can be close by — for AAPEX 2026 it was at 6675 W Sunset Rd, in the same 89118 ZIP code as our shop. Your quote shows when the order will be ready, and we plan delivery around the show's receiving window.

Who installs graphics in your booth
Your show decides this, not your printer. Labour rules on Las Vegas show floors often set who may apply wall and floor graphics. At AAPEX 2026, for example, Teamsters Local 631 — through its agreement with Freeman — has jurisdiction over erecting and dismantling exhibits when the work isn't done by the exhibitor's own full-time staff, and that explicitly includes wall coverings, floor coverings and placing signs. At MAGIC, floor decals are installed and removed by the exhibitor-appointed contractor, which must be party to a union agreement.
Any company appointed to provide a service at the LVCC also needs an annual LVCVA permit for exhibitor-appointed contractors, a certificate of insurance and a Clark County business license, and its on-site staff carry an ESCA worker ID, union workers excepted (LVCVA contractor application).
So here's what we do for show floors: print to your show's and venue's spec, pack and label for whoever installs, deliver for move-in, and coordinate the install with your show's contractor. If your own staff are allowed to apply graphics, panels come labelled in order with the overlap marked so they go up quickly. Away from the show floor — hotel suites, offices, showrooms and event spaces where it's allowed — our crew installs. See installation.

Changes and damage during move-in
A panel creased in the crate, a sponsor logo that changed after the files went out, a product name corrected at the last minute: with the printer in Las Vegas, a replacement is printed here and driven across town instead of shipped in. Upload the corrected file to a new quote, or send us the details with the show, your booth number and when you need it. We'll tell you whether the date works before you commit.
Two habits help: keep the final print files where your whole team can reach them, and pack a few spares of the small, easily damaged pieces.
Show deadlines and venue rules
Each show layers its own rules and deadlines on the venue's. For CES 2027, Freeman's advance warehouse receives from November 9, 2026, charges extra for freight arriving after December 11, and needs hanging signs and carpet by December 4; exhibitor-appointed contractors are designated by November 6, and targeted move-in runs December 26 to January 5.
We keep the graphics-specific rules — cling approvals, floor rules, lightbox specs and contractor deadlines — on pages for the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo and Mandalay Bay, for shows like CES, and in the show graphics deadlines hub. Always check them against your own exhibitor kit; rules change every season.

Full booths: Innovate 3D and The Job Shop
We print graphics; we don't build booths. Need the whole booth designed and built? Our sister company Innovate 3D, in the same building as our print floor, designs, builds and installs custom trade show booths in Las Vegas — so a booth and its graphics are made a few steps apart. The Job Shop cuts panels, letters and parts on CNC routers and lasers.
What moves the price
Booth graphics are a list, not one item, so the price is the sum of the list. What changes it:
- The size of each graphic and how many there are
- The material — removable or permanent vinyl, carpet film, clings, banner or board
- Laminate (always anti-slip on hard floors)
- Cutting to shape or cut lettering
- Design help, if the files need work
- Delivery to the advance warehouse, the show or your hotel
- Turnaround
How to order
Wall, window and floor graphics price instantly from your file — walls, windows, floors. For banners, signs, backlit prints and the rest of the booth, send us the list with sizes and quantities, the show, your booth number and the date things must reach the warehouse or the floor, and attach your artwork. We'll quote the whole list and send proofs to approve.
Questions we get
Do you print trade show graphics in Las Vegas?
Yes. We print booth graphics — wall panels, floor graphics, counter wraps, clings, banners, signs and backlit prints — at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave, and deliver them for move-in at the LVCC, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay and other venues. Wall, window and floor graphics can be priced online from your file.
How much do trade show graphics cost?
It's the sum of the pieces: each graphic's size and material, any laminate or cutting, design help, delivery and turnaround. Wall, window and floor graphics price instantly — start with the wall graphics quote. For a full booth list, send it to us and we'll quote it together.
Can you deliver to the advance warehouse or my booth?
Yes. We label to your show's shipping instructions and deliver to the general contractor's advance warehouse, to the show site on your targeted move-in date, or to your hotel or office in Las Vegas. The venues themselves don't accept exhibitor shipments, so everything goes through the show's contractor.
Can your crew install graphics in my booth?
On show floors, the show's labour rules and the venue's contractor permits decide who may apply graphics, so the answer depends on your show. We print to its spec and deliver for move-in. If your own full-time staff may apply them, they come labelled in order. Off the show floor, our crew installs where the property allows.
What if a graphic is damaged during move-in?
Because we print in Las Vegas, a damaged or changed graphic can be reprinted here and brought across town instead of shipped in. Send us the corrected file, the show, your booth number and when you need it, and we'll tell you whether the date works.
Which file formats do you take?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD/PSB and WebP. Vector files keep logos and type sharp at any size. The Artwork check grades every image at the size you're ordering and flags missing fonts, screen colours and missing bleed before anything prints.
Can you print to my exhibit house's templates?
Yes. Send the template or graphic spec sheet with your artwork and we print to its finished sizes, bleed and finishing notes. If a spec calls for a material or finish we don't run, we'll tell you before you order, not after.
Do you build booths?
No — we print the graphics. Our sister company Innovate 3D designs and builds custom trade show exhibits in the same building, and The Job Shop cuts the panels and parts.
