Event graphics in Las Vegas — walls, windows, floors and signs

Registration walls, wayfinding, sponsor graphics, floor paths and window takeovers for conferences, galas, brand activations and hotel events — printed at our shop on W Reno Ave and installed by our crew where the venue allows. Tell us about the event, or price the wall, window and floor pieces online.

What an event usually needs

Most events need a mix of the pieces below, and they have to look like one family. Send the whole list at once and the colours, type and sizes stay consistent across it.

  • Arrival and registration — a branded wall behind the desk, a counter wrap, header banners and easel signs.
  • Wayfinding — directional signs on board, floor arrows and paths, room and door signs, session schedules.
  • Sponsor recognition — sponsor walls, logo panels, banners and floor logos, one file per sponsor.
  • Photo moments — step-and-repeat backdrops and wall wraps made for the camera.
  • Window takeovers — lobby and storefront glass, with one-way film where people inside need to see out.
  • Stage and room graphics — stage fronts, lectern panels, room headers and doors.

Two ways to order

Walls, windows and floors price instantly from your files: wall graphics, window graphics, floor graphics. The quote checks each file at the size you're ordering, lays out the panels and shows the price before you commit.

Banners, signs on board, backdrops and the full event kit go through a request. Send us the list with sizes and quantities, the venue, the date everything must be up, and your artwork if it's ready. We'll quote it together and send proofs for approval.

Hotel, resort and casino venues

Most Las Vegas events happen inside a resort: ballrooms, pre-function corridors, meeting rooms, pool decks. The property sets the rules — what can be applied to its walls and floors, where signs can stand, when vendors load in and through which entrance. Get the property's approval for anything that sticks to a surface, and send us the event services contact; we'll work to their spec and their schedule.

Ballroom and corridor finishes are often wallcovering, decorative paint, stone or carpet — not surfaces anyone wants adhesive on. Low-tack wall vinyl lifts without pulling paint, carpet film peels up clean, and freestanding pieces — banners on stands, signs on easels, printed boards — don't touch the walls at all.

Some venues don't allow adhesive on their walls. The Las Vegas Convention Center prohibits adhesive-backed materials on painted surfaces and walls and prefers clings, and its wall clings need advance approval and are installed and removed by the official service contractor or an approved vendor. Ask before you design around a wall. More on the LVCC's rules: LVCC graphics.

Install windows and strike

Event spaces turn over fast. A ballroom can hold a breakfast, a general session and a gala in one day, and the install window is often overnight or the hour before doors open. Tell the quote the work is after hours or on a weekend, and tell us the load-in and strike times when you order. Work above ladder height needs a lift, which we confirm with you and the venue before the price is final.

Strike matters as much as install. Decide up front who takes the graphics down, when, and where they go. Choose “take it down later” on a quote and our crew comes back for it. Removable wall vinyl, carpet film and static clings come off clean — if the right film was picked at the start, which is why the quote asks how long each piece stays up and whether it must come off clean.

Citywide event weeks

Some weeks the whole city is the venue: a major convention, a big race weekend on the Strip, a championship rodeo. Lobbies, storefronts and resort retail put up window and wall promotions for those crowds. Plan the order back from the date the graphics must be up, leave time for the property's approval, and decide the take-down date at the same time.

Promotions that last a week or a weekend suit short-term films: static cling inside the glass, removable vinyl on painted walls, floor graphics made to lift at the end. Storefronts that need a view out take one-way film — see window graphics and perforated window film.

Sponsors, versions and approvals

Events run on versions: a dozen sponsor panels, three room signs per track, a door graphic per ballroom. Keep one file per version, named the way it will be placed. In a wall, window or floor quote, upload them all and each becomes its own line with its own size and quantity — so the proof shows every version and the client signs off on the whole set at once.

The proof is a link, so it can go to whoever approves: your client, the sponsor manager, the venue. Nothing prints until the proof is approved and the price is confirmed.

Reusing graphics next time

Adhesive vinyl is single-use: once it's on a wall or a floor, it comes down for good. If a piece needs to travel to next year's event, print it on something that can be stored — a banner, a sign on board, a static cling — and keep the date and the year off the parts you want to reuse.

Working with agencies and producers

If you're producing for a client, quote and order under your company, send the proof to whoever signs off, and give us the venue contact for access and approvals. Reselling to your client? Tick the resale certificate box on the quote and we'll ask for a copy before production.

For the build itself — stages, scenic, structures and full activations — our sister company Innovate 3D designs and fabricates in the same building as our print floor.

What moves the price

An event kit is priced piece by piece. What changes it:

  • How many pieces, their sizes and how many versions
  • The material — removable or low-tack vinyl, clings, carpet film, banner or board
  • Laminate, and anti-slip on every hard-floor piece
  • Cutting to shape or cut lettering
  • Design help, if the files need building or adapting
  • Installation: height, after-hours or weekend work, and taking it down
  • Turnaround

Questions we get

Do you make event graphics in Las Vegas?

Yes. We print event graphics at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave — wall, window and floor vinyl, banners and signs — for conferences, galas, activations and hotel events across Las Vegas, and our crew installs them where the venue allows. Walls, windows and floors can be priced online from your files.

What graphics does a corporate event need?

Usually a registration or welcome wall, directional signs and floor arrows, room and session signs, sponsor recognition, and a photo backdrop. Start from the guest's path — arrival, registration, sessions, breaks, the main room — and give each stop the one graphic it needs.

Can you install in a hotel ballroom after hours?

Yes, with the property's approval and within its vendor rules. Choose after hours on the quote and tell us the load-in and strike times. Work above ladder height needs a lift, which we confirm with you and the venue.

Do venues allow adhesive graphics on walls?

Some don't. The Las Vegas Convention Center prohibits adhesive-backed materials on painted surfaces and walls and prefers clings, and hotels set their own rules. Low-tack vinyl, clings and freestanding banners or signs are the usual answers where adhesive isn't allowed. Get the venue's approval before you design around a wall.

Can event graphics be reused?

Banners, signs on board and static clings can be stored and used again. Adhesive vinyl on walls and floors is single-use once it's applied. Keep dates off anything you plan to bring back.

Can you work with our agency or production company?

Yes. Quote and order under your company, send proofs to your client for sign-off, and give us the venue contact. If you're reselling, tick the resale certificate box on the quote and we'll ask for a copy before production.

Can you take the graphics down after the event?

Yes. Choose “take it down later” when you add installation to a quote, and tell us the strike time. Choosing removable films at the start is what makes take-down clean.
