SHOT Show 2027 graphics: two venues, one set of display rules

SHOT Show 2027 runs January 19–22 across Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum, with separate forms and freight dates for each. Its display rules are specific about graphics: no decals on the hall's walls or floor, finished backs on walls that face a neighbour, and nothing above your height limit. Here are the dates and rules, and how we print for them in Las Vegas.

Two venues, two sets of forms

SHOT Show spans Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. The Exhibitor Resource Center splits by booth number — Venetian Expo for booths 10000 and 44000 to 62000, Caesars Forum for 70000 to 76000 — and warns that many forms are specific to each venue. Freeman is the contractor at both, with the same advance warehouse, but move-in dates and the direct-to-show address differ.

At Venetian Expo, the venue's own rules apply underneath the show's: every cling on the building needs the Expo Event Manager's approval and is installed by the general contractor. At Caesars Forum, booths sit on the venue's multi-coloured carpet, and direct-to-show freight goes to 3911 Koval Lane. See the Venetian Expo graphics page for the building rules.

SHOT Show 2027 graphics dates

The show's own deadline checklist groups hanging signs with the January 8 standard-rate freight date; Freeman's quick facts give January 4 for hanging signs and carpet. Work to the earlier date.

SHOT's display rules for graphics

SHOT Show's 2027 display regulations are unusually specific about printed graphics. The ones that change what you order:

  • No decals or other adhesive materials applied or affixed to the walls or floor of the exhibit areas, and no bolts, screws, hooks or nails into them.
  • Nothing attached to columns, the drape backdrop or side dividers — but columns inside your booth may be covered with an approved material that won't cause damage on removal, with show management's and the facility's approval in advance.
  • Signs and graphics over 8 feet that face directly into a neighbouring booth must be at least 10 feet away from it.
  • Any part of the exhibit bordering another exhibitor's space must have its back finished in a neutral colour, with no identification signs, lettering or graphics.
  • Graphics may not appear above your allowable height, and nothing — hanging signs and banners included — goes above the maximum for your booth type.
  • Hanging signs are allowed only over island and peninsula booths of 400 square feet or more in the booth ranges the regulations list; not over linear, walk-through or meeting-room booths.
  • Signs only within your own space: the exhibitor rules add that signs and advertising stay inside your booth, and nothing can be affixed to the walls, columns, carpet, concrete or pavement.

What that means for your order

Wall graphics go on your booth's own walls and panels, never the hall's. We print wall wraps and panels to your structure's sizes, with the seams placed off faces and lettering.

Floor graphics can't stick to the exhibit-area floor. If you want branding underfoot, ask show management whether a graphic on your own booth flooring is acceptable before you order; if it is, ours carry an anti-slip laminate and butt together without a trip edge.

Column covers need an approved, damage-free material and approval from both show management and the facility. Get the material spec with the approval and send it to us with the column's measurements.

Backs of walls that face a neighbour stay neutral and blank, so budget graphics for the faces that look onto your aisles. And keep every graphic below your booth's height limit — the rule says graphics, not just structure.

Who can install graphics in your booth

SHOT's exhibitor rules give a labor entity, through its agreement with the general service contractor, jurisdiction over erecting and dismantling exhibits when the work is done by anyone other than your full-time company personnel — and that work explicitly includes wall coverings, floor coverings and the placement of all signs. Your full-time staff should carry company identification if they set the booth themselves.

The Exhibitor Resource Center's 2027 EAC rules page read "coming soon" when we checked in October 2026, so check it for the current contractor rules before you hire anyone to apply graphics. We print to the show's spec, deliver for move-in and coordinate the install with the show's contractor.

Getting graphics to the show

Freeman's advance warehouse for both venues is at 6675 W Sunset Rd — in the 89118 ZIP code, like our shop. It receives crated, boxed or skidded material from December 14, 2026; use the Freeman shipping labels for your booth and venue. Direct-to-show freight is received from your assigned target time — January 12 at Venetian Expo, January 15 at Caesars Forum — and early shipments may be refused.

Freeman places a one-line identification sign in booths of 300 square feet or less; any other sign or graphic is yours to order. See trade show graphics for how we print and deliver for booths, and Innovate 3D's trade show exhibits for a full custom booth.

Ordering SHOT Show graphics

Upload your artwork to the wall or window quote to see how it prints at your size and what it costs, or send us the booth details for banners, column covers, counter wraps and signs. Tell us the venue, booth number, height limit and which deadline you're working to, and we'll print to it.

Questions we get

Do you print SHOT Show graphics in Las Vegas?

Yes. We print SHOT Show booth graphics — wall panels, banners, column covers, counter wraps and signs — at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave to the show's display rules, and deliver them to Freeman's advance warehouse or direct to show at your target time.

When is SHOT Show 2027?

January 19–22, 2027, at Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, according to the organizer. Booth numbers 10000 and 44000 to 62000 are at Venetian Expo; 70000 to 76000 are at Caesars Forum.

Can I put decals or floor graphics in my SHOT Show booth?

Not on the hall's walls or floor: SHOT's 2027 display regulations say decals and other adhesive materials shall not be applied or affixed to the walls or floor of the exhibit areas. Ask show management before ordering a graphic for your own booth flooring.

When do graphics need to reach the Freeman warehouse for SHOT Show?

The warehouse receives from December 14, 2026. Hanging signs and carpet are due by January 4, 2027, and other material arriving after January 8 carries after-deadline charges.

Who can install graphics in my SHOT Show booth?

Your own full-time company personnel, or labor working under the show's agreement with its general service contractor, which covers wall coverings, floor coverings and the placement of signs. Check the Exhibitor Resource Center for the 2027 contractor rules.

Can you print column covers for a SHOT Show booth?

Yes, once your column cover is approved. SHOT allows columns inside a booth to be covered with an approved material that won't cause damage on removal, with show management's and the facility's approval in advance. Send us the approved material and the column's measurements.
