Graphics at Caesars Forum: ballrooms, show rules and delivery

Caesars Forum is a single-level conference center mid-Strip on Koval Lane, and trade shows here set up in its pillarless ballrooms rather than an exhibit hall. It hasn't published a venue-wide graphics rulebook that we could find, so the rules reach you through your show — and two of the shows held there this season, SHOT Show and AAPEX, both bar decals and adhesives on the walls and floor. Here is what's published, what to ask, and how we print for it from our shop on W Reno Ave.

The short version

There is no exhibit hall at Caesars Forum. Shows fill ballrooms — finished rooms with carpet, airwalls and pre-function corridors — so what you may stick to the building is set by your show's rules and the venue's approval, not by an exhibit-hall rulebook. For SHOT Show 2027 and AAPEX 2026, the answer is the same: no decals or other adhesive materials on the walls or floor of the exhibit areas.

That puts the graphics on things you bring: booth walls and panels, counters, column covers the show approves, banners, signs and your own flooring. We print to whatever spec your show gives you, label every piece and deliver it for move-in.

One level, pillarless ballrooms and an outdoor plaza

Caesars describes Caesars Forum as the first facility of its size built on a single level: 550,000 square feet, with direct access to 8,500 rooms at Harrah's, The LINQ and Flamingo. Its two largest rooms, the Forum and Summit ballrooms, are pillarless, and more than 2.1 miles of airwalls let the building be split into many configurations. Six boardrooms of 1,250 square feet handle private meetings, and the pre-function space has tall windows and large glass doors that open onto Forum Plaza, a 100,000-square-foot outdoor event space.

For graphics, that means three things. Airwalls let rooms be divided differently from one event to the next, so confirm your room and its final layout before you size anything to a wall. The big ballrooms are pillarless, so plan graphics on structures of your own rather than on columns. And the glass along the pre-function corridors and the plaza outside are the venue's, so any graphic there goes through your show and the venue first.

Shows use more than the two big rooms: AAPEX 2026 lists the Summit, Academy, Alliance and Forum ballrooms for its move-in.

What SHOT Show and AAPEX say about graphics

Both shows that use Caesars Forum this season publish specific rules. SHOT Show 2027's display regulations cover the Forum alongside Venetian Expo:

  • No decals or other adhesive materials applied or affixed to the walls or floor of the exhibit areas, and nothing attached to the columns, the drape backdrop or the side dividers.
  • Column covers inside a booth are allowed in an approved material that won't cause damage on removal, with show management's and the facility's approval in advance.
  • Signs and graphics over 8 feet facing straight into a neighbouring booth must be at least 10 feet away from it.
  • Height limits at Caesars Forum: 12 feet for linear and walk-through booths, 23 feet for peninsulas of 400 square feet or more and for islands. Hanging signs from the ceiling are limited to island and peninsula booths of 400 square feet or more in the Forum's booth range.
  • Fire: all displays must be fire-retardant and subject to the Fire Marshal's approval, and cardboard, crepe paper and corrugated paper are prohibited.
  • AAPEX 2026 adds pillars to the same no-decal rule, keeps signs inside your own space, requires any part of the exhibit that borders a neighbour to have a finished back with no identification signs or copy, and allows hanging signs and graphics up to 24 feet over peninsula and island exhibits with written approval at least 60 days ahead.
  • Floor covering: AAPEX's display rules require exhibit space to be carpeted or to have a fire-resistant covering, and floor covering left adhered to the floor is removed at the exhibitor's expense.

What that means for your order

Wall graphics go on your booth's own walls and panels. We print wall wraps and panels to your structure's sizes, with seams placed off faces and lettering; the wall graphics quote draws them on your wall before you order. Keep the faces that border a neighbour plain.

Floor graphics can't stick to the ballroom carpet at either show. If you want branding underfoot, ask show management whether a graphic on your own booth flooring is acceptable before you order; if it is, ours carry an anti-slip laminate on hard surfaces and butt together without a trip edge. The floor graphics rules guide collects the rules we've found.

Column covers and anything on glass need the approved material and both approvals in writing. Send us the material spec with the measurements, and we'll print to it.

Hanging signs, rigging and electrical

The split of services is different here from the convention centers. At the LVCC for World of Concrete, Freeman's labor document gives it material handling, electrical and all suspended rigging; at Caesars Forum for SHOT Show 2027, it lists material handling and booth cleaning, and Freeman's forms page for the Forum points exhibitors to Encore for ordering and for rigging. Check your own show's kit for who rigs and powers what.

Hanging sign graphics run on the warehouse clock either way. For SHOT Show at Caesars Forum, hanging sign and carpet shipments arriving at Freeman's warehouse after January 4, 2027 carry after-deadline charges, four days earlier than other freight. Print a hanging sign's fabric or vinyl to that date, not to move-in. See banners for materials and finishing.

Who installs graphics in your booth

At SHOT Show's Caesars Forum venue, exhibitors may set up with their own full-time staff carrying company identification, hire Freeman as their exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC), or hire another EAC, whose credentials must be submitted to show management and the facility. At AAPEX, Teamsters Local 631 has jurisdiction, through Freeman, over erecting and dismantling exhibits when the work isn't done by the exhibitor's full-time staff — explicitly including wall coverings, floor coverings and the placement of all signs.

So: we print to your show's spec, label every panel in hanging order and deliver for move-in. Your own full-time employees can apply graphics where the show allows it; otherwise tell us your show and booth number and we'll coordinate the install with the show's contractor.

Getting graphics to Caesars Forum

For SHOT Show 2027, Freeman's advance warehouse at 6675 W Sunset Rd — in the 89118 ZIP code, like our shop — receives crated, boxed or skidded material from December 14, 2026, with after-deadline charges on material arriving after January 8, 2027. Direct shipments go to Caesars Forum at 3911 Koval Ln, care of Freeman, from January 15 by your assigned target time, and shipments that arrive earlier may be refused. Every shipment needs a certified weight ticket, and all materials must be out of the building by 5 PM on January 23.

Small pieces can come in by hand: Freeman's rules for the Forum define hand carry as small items such as cartons and packages that an exhibitor can carry, with no more than a small dolly and no motorized device or pallet jack, through the hand-carry areas or the main entrance. Everything else is material handling, which Freeman handles exclusively. Innovate 3D's Caesars Forum exhibitor guide covers booth building and freight in more detail.

What to ask before you print

Because Caesars Forum's own graphics rules aren't published, put these to your show manager or general contractor in writing:

  • May anything adhere to the ballroom walls, airwalls, columns, doors or glass — in the pre-function corridors as well as the exhibit area?
  • Is a floor graphic allowed on our own booth flooring, and does the booth need flooring over the venue's carpet?
  • Which material is approved for column covers or any cling, and who installs and removes it?
  • Who may apply graphics inside our booth: our own staff, an EAC, or show labor?
  • Who rigs hanging signs and supplies power at this event, and what are their deadlines?
  • Do banners, fabric or signs need flame-retardant certificates?

Shows at Caesars Forum

  • AAPEX — November 3–5, 2026, with Venetian Expo; the show calls its Caesars Forum space the AAPEX Forum.
  • AWS re:Invent — November 30 to December 4, 2026, across several venues including Caesars Forum.
  • [SHOT Show](/shows/shot-show) — January 19–22, 2027, with Venetian Expo.

Ordering graphics for a Caesars Forum show

Upload your artwork to the wall or window quote to see how it prints at your size and what it costs, or send us the booth details for banners, column covers, counter wraps and signs. Tell us the show, the ballroom, your booth number and type, the height limit and the deadline you're working to. See trade show graphics for how we print and deliver for booths, and installation for the work our crew does away from the show floor.

Questions we get

Do you print graphics for Caesars Forum events in Las Vegas?

Yes. We print booth and event graphics — wall panels, banners, column covers, counter wraps and signs — at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave to your show's rules, and deliver them to the show contractor's advance warehouse or direct to Caesars Forum at your target time.

Can I put decals or floor graphics in my booth at Caesars Forum?

Not on the venue's walls or floor at SHOT Show 2027 or AAPEX 2026: both say decals and other adhesive materials shall not be applied to the walls or floor of the exhibit areas, and AAPEX adds pillars. Ask show management before ordering a graphic for your own booth flooring.

Who installs graphics at Caesars Forum?

It depends on the show. At SHOT Show's Forum venue, your own full-time staff, Freeman as your EAC, or another EAC with credentials on file. At AAPEX, Teamsters Local 631 covers wall coverings, floor coverings and sign placement unless your full-time staff do the work.

How tall can booth graphics be at Caesars Forum?

Your show sets it. For SHOT Show 2027 at Caesars Forum, linear and walk-through booths are limited to 12 feet and peninsulas of 400 square feet or more and islands to 23 feet. AAPEX 2026 allows hanging signs up to 24 feet with written approval.

Where do graphics ship for a show at Caesars Forum?

Through the show's contractor. For SHOT Show 2027, that's Freeman's advance warehouse at 6675 W Sunset Rd from December 14, 2026, or direct to 3911 Koval Ln from January 15 at your target time. Hanging signs and carpet are due at the warehouse by January 4.

Which shows use Caesars Forum?

Among others: AAPEX (November 3–5, 2026, with Venetian Expo), AWS re:Invent (November 30 to December 4, 2026, across several venues) and SHOT Show (January 19–22, 2027, with Venetian Expo), per their organizers.

Can graphics go on the glass or walls at Caesars Forum?

We haven't found a published venue-wide rule. Get your show's and the venue's approval in writing, with the approved material and who installs it, before ordering anything that sticks to walls, airwalls, columns, doors or glass.
