World of Concrete 2027 graphics: deadlines, booth rules and printing

World of Concrete 2027 runs January 19–21 in the Las Vegas Convention Center's North, Central and South halls and on the Silver and Bronze lots outside. Freeman's warehouse dates, the show's booth specifications and the building's rules decide when your graphics must be finished, where they can go and who hangs them. Here they are, from the show's and Freeman's own pages, and how we print for them in Las Vegas.

Three halls, two outdoor lots

The show groups exhibitors by product. Central Hall holds material handling — trucks, excavators and paving equipment — and Work Truck LIVE!. North Hall holds the Producer Center, technology for construction, precast, concrete masonry and reinforcement. South Hall holds repair and demolition, surfaces and decorative concrete, and World of Masonry. Outside, the Silver Lot in front of Central Hall hosts Decorative Concrete LIVE!, and the Bronze Lot hosts championships, skills challenges, live demos and heavy equipment.

For graphics, the hall matters for height. The show's booth specifications list ceilings of 25 to 35 feet depending on the hall and aisle, dropping to 20 feet along part of South Hall's south wall, which caps what a hanging sign or a tall island structure can reach. And the floor is yours to cover: Freeman's quick facts say the exhibit area isn't carpeted, the aisles are, and show management requires every exhibitor to put down high-quality floor covering that is durable and free from trip and fall hazards. The building's own rules for walls, glass and tape are on our LVCC graphics page.

The booth rules that shape your graphics

World of Concrete's 2027 booth specifications apply to every booth, whatever its size. The parts that change what you print:

  • Linear booths: in the back 5 feet, display material, signage, equipment and product can go up to 12 feet; in the front 5 feet, nothing over 4 feet. Anything over 8 feet 3 inches must be professionally finished or draped on the back.
  • Nothing on the back side: signs, banners, logos, images, symbols or flags — including those built into the product or equipment — aren't permitted on the back of a back wall or side wall at any height.
  • Perimeter booths that back onto a building wall can go to 16 feet in the back 5 feet, and that limit includes signs, banners, logos and images.
  • Island booths of 20 × 20 feet or larger can take display material and signage, hanging signs included, up to 26 feet where the ceiling allows; equipment and product have no height limit.
  • Hanging signs — the specifications count banners, logos, images, symbols and flags — are allowed over islands only, at least 9 feet from the floor to the bottom of the sign and no more than 26 feet to the top, inside the booth's footprint. None over linear or perimeter booths.
  • Signs hung from the ceiling or from truss are installed and dismantled by Freeman, and Freeman must approve the rigging of any sign over 250 pounds that an exhibitor or contractor hangs from equipment.
  • Questions on booth specifications go to show management at operations@worldofconcrete.com.

What that means for your order

Back walls: print the faces that look onto your aisles, and plan a finished, unbranded back wherever a wall rises above 8 feet 3 inches next to a neighbour. A wall wrap printed to your panel sizes, with seams kept off faces and lettering, is the usual answer; the wall graphics quote draws the panels on your wall before you order.

Floors: since every booth needs its own floor covering, branding underfoot belongs on that covering, not the hall's concrete. Ask show management what they'll accept before you order a floor graphic; ours carry an anti-slip laminate on every hard-floor piece and butt together without a trip edge. See floor graphics and the floor graphics rules guide.

Equipment: in a linear booth, equipment and product count toward the 4-foot and 12-foot zones too, and the back-wall rule covers logos manufactured on the product. If a decal goes on a machine, check where it sits and which way it faces.

Hanging signs run on the warehouse clock

Freeman's hanging sign rules for this show say all overhead hanging is assembled, installed and removed by Freeman, and that hanging signs must ship to the advance warehouse in their own containers with the hanging-sign labels, arriving by the warehouse shipping deadline. Miss that and Freeman can't guarantee the hang or the advance pricing. The quick facts put after-deadline charges on warehouse freight arriving after January 6, 2027.

For anything other than a banner, Freeman wants a drawing with enough detail to set the anchor points. Electrical signs and signs over 200 pounds need a chain hoist and a rigging plan sent to Freeman's rigging manager three weeks before move-in, and custom suspended pieces — signs, lightboxes, headers — need a stamped certification from a licensed engineer.

So treat the warehouse deadline as your print deadline for a hanging sign's fabric or vinyl, and tell us the sign's frame size and the date it must ship when you order. Banners covers the materials and finishing.

Graphics on the Silver and Bronze lots

Outdoor exhibitors move in January 16–18, open with the halls, and must clear the lots by 3 PM on January 23. At the LVCC, floor marking on concrete outside the building is chalk only and must be cleaned off by the end of move-out, so ask show management before planning any graphic on the lot surface; graphics that hang, stand or attach to your own equipment and structures avoid the question.

Outside, wind and sun do the work against a graphic. Mesh banners let wind pass through on fences and open spans, rigid signs suit stands and equipment, and anything stuck to a smooth exterior surface should be on a film rated for outdoor use. Tell us where each piece goes and we'll recommend the material on your quote.

Flame-retardant materials

Freeman's fire regulations for World of Concrete require every material used to build and decorate an exhibit to be flame retardant. Fabrics must be certified flame retardant or have a sample available for testing, NFPA 701 is the accepted standard, and materials that can't be treated to meet it can't be used. Signs and easels can't stick out into the aisles unless the Fire Marshal-approved floor plan shows them.

If your show or contractor asks for a flame-retardant certificate for a banner, a fabric graphic or a sign, tell us before you order so we can confirm the material and the paperwork first.

Who installs graphics in your booth

Freeman's labor document for this show gives it material handling, electrical, all suspended rigging and booth cleaning. For setting up and taking down the booth itself, exhibitors may use their own full-time staff carrying company identification, hire Freeman as their exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC), or hire another EAC — and every EAC's credentials must be submitted to show management and the facility. A non-electric sign attached to the booth can be installed by the exhibitor's full-time employees or an approved EAC; hanging signs are Freeman's.

The quick facts also point to the show's union rules for working out your labor needs, so read them alongside the Exhibitor Service Manual before you plan who applies graphics. We print to the show's spec, label every panel in hanging order, deliver for move-in and coordinate the install with your show's contractor.

Getting graphics to the LVCC

Advance shipments go to Freeman at 6675 W Sunset Rd — in the 89118 ZIP code, like our shop — labelled with your company name, booth number and the show. The warehouse receives Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 2:30 PM, every shipment needs a certified weight ticket, and it doesn't take uncrated freight such as loose or pad-wrapped material, so rolled graphics travel boxed. Direct shipments go to the LVCC at 3150 Paradise Rd, care of Freeman, from January 13.

Small pieces can be hand-carried: Freeman defines hand carry as small items such as cartons and packages an exhibitor can carry, with nothing more than a small luggage cart and no motorized device or pallet jack, through the hand-carry areas or the main entrance. Anything bigger is material handling, which is Freeman's alone. Innovate 3D's World of Concrete exhibit guide covers booth building and freight in more detail.

Right after CES, in the same building

CES runs January 6–9, 2027 at the LVCC, and World of Concrete's indoor move-in opens on January 13. Freeman's warehouse is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and its after-deadline date lands on January 6. With the holidays in between, plan to have files final in December rather than counting on the first week of January.

When a change does come late — a new product name, a dealer logo, a demo that moved — a printer across town means a corrected panel doesn't have to ride a truck across the country. Tell us your booth's target time when you order, and we'll confirm what's possible for your dates before you count on it.

Ordering World of Concrete graphics

Upload your artwork to the wall, window or floor quote to see how it prints at your size and what it costs. For banners, hanging sign fabric, equipment decals and signs, send us the booth details: the hall or lot, booth number and type, height limit and the deadline you're working to. See trade show graphics for how we print and deliver for booths, and installation for what our crew does off the show floor.

Questions we get

Do you print World of Concrete graphics in Las Vegas?

Yes. We print World of Concrete booth graphics — wall panels, banners, hanging sign fabric, equipment decals and signs — at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave to the show's booth specifications, and deliver them to Freeman's advance warehouse or direct to the LVCC at your target time.

When are World of Concrete 2027 graphics due?

Freeman's advance warehouse receives from December 16, 2026, and material arriving after January 6, 2027 carries after-deadline charges. Hanging signs must reach the warehouse in their own containers by the warehouse deadline. Indoor booths must be set by 3 PM on January 18, 2027.

Where do World of Concrete hanging signs go?

To Freeman's advance warehouse at 6675 W Sunset Rd, in a separate container with the hanging-sign labels, by the warehouse shipping deadline. Freeman assembles, installs and removes all overhead hanging, and hanging signs are allowed over island booths only.

Can I put graphics on the back of my booth wall at World of Concrete?

No. The 2027 booth specifications don't allow signs, banners, logos, images, symbols or flags on the back of a back wall or side wall at any height, and anything over 8 feet 3 inches in a linear booth must be professionally finished or draped on the back.

Who can install graphics in my World of Concrete booth?

Your own full-time staff with company identification, Freeman acting as your exhibitor-appointed contractor, or another EAC whose credentials are submitted to show management and the facility. Hanging signs and anything rigged from the ceiling are Freeman's. Check the show's union rules too.

Can you print graphics for the World of Concrete outdoor lots?

Yes — banners, mesh banners, rigid signs and outdoor-rated vinyl for your equipment and structures. Outdoor move-in runs January 16–18, 2027, and the LVCC allows only chalk for floor marking on outdoor concrete, so ask show management before planning anything on the lot surface.

Do World of Concrete booths need their own flooring?

Yes. Freeman's quick facts say the exhibit area isn't carpeted and show management requires every exhibitor to provide high-quality floor covering, durable and free of trip hazards. Any floor graphic belongs on that covering — ask show management before you order one.
