Six venues, one Expo
re:Invent is a campus, not a hall. AWS lists Caesars Forum, Caesars Palace, Encore, MGM Grand, The Venetian and Wynn as conference venues, and its agenda puts the Expo at The Venetian. T3 Expo's kits place the Expo in Venetian Exhibit Halls A, B and C at 201 Sands Avenue; AWS's rules put the standard 10 × 10 meeting rooms in Hall G and the 16 × 16 premium meeting rooms in Hall A, and sponsor hospitality suites follow The Venetian Resort's and Wynn Las Vegas's own rules.
For graphics, the building matters as much as the show. At Venetian Expo, every cling on the building — floor, wall, column or window — needs the Expo Event Manager's approval and is installed and removed by the general contractor, and AWS's rules keep booth decorations inside the booth's perimeter and off the building's columns for any purpose. Anything planned at Caesars Forum or another resort follows that building's rules. See our Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum pages.

Which re:Invent graphics are yours to print
Who prints a re:Invent graphic depends on what your sponsorship includes:
- Turnkey inline booths (Gold, Bronze and Showcase) are pre-built by T3 Expo, the general services contractor. Sponsors brand the back wall to the graphic specifications in T3's kit and upload artwork to its templates. That deadline was September 25, 2026; AWS's October 13 update says late fees now apply, and a booth with no graphics gets a black wall with the sponsor's logo in white.
- Turnkey inline rules: 10 feet is the limit for every element, there are no hanging signs, no advertising or branding may face an adjacent booth, and Showcase kiosks can't add pull-up banners, easels or other floor-supported signs.
- Custom island booths (Emerald, Diamond and Platinum) are fabricated by a vendor the sponsor contracts, from the sponsor's own booth property. Their graphics are the sponsor's to source, printed to the render AWS approves.
- Meeting rooms: T3 Expo is the only approved vendor for interior and exterior graphics in the 10 × 10 rooms in Hall G and the 16 × 16 premium rooms in Hall A. Third-party vendors and EACs can provide meeting-room graphics only for a custom-build Level 2 meeting room.
- Beyond the Expo: hospitality suites, approved activations and off-site branding each need their own approval, set out below.

AWS approves every graphic first
AWS reviews sponsor messaging — booth graphics, signage, collateral and giveaways — through the Sponsor Portal, against the AWS Partner Creative and Messaging Guide. For a custom booth, a render of the graphics goes to the AWS Content Team through the "Custom Booth & Hanging Sign | Graphics" task, and late submissions aren't accepted. AWS's asset checklist names the points that send artwork back most often:
- No logo lock-ups pairing your logo with the AWS logo; use your AWS Partner badge instead, one per panel.
- The AWS logo smaller and less prominent than your own, and AWS brand treatments limited to one per panel.
- No names or logos of other public cloud companies anywhere in copy, graphics or images.
- Claims backed by data, sources or references, and no superlatives unless third-party research substantiates them.
- AWS service names and icons used correctly, with the full service name first.

Printing to the approved render
Assets that don't meet AWS's guidelines may be pulled at the event, so for a printer one rule comes before the rest: print the files AWS approved, at the size it approved them. If a partner badge, a product name or a claim changes after approval, put the change back through the portal before it goes to print.
Send us the approved render with your files. We check each file at the size it will print — resolution, bleed, fonts and seams — and send a proof that matches the render before anything prints, so the wall that goes up is the one AWS signed off.
Custom booth rules that shape graphics
AWS's custom island rules and the fire rules in T3's kit set the limits for anything a sponsor builds and prints:
- 22 feet is the ceiling for any booth structure, truss included, and for the top of a hanging sign, with no variances. Floor-supported structures over 16 feet must also meet fire marshal and venue requirements.
- Hanging signs need AWS's approval in advance, can't exceed the booth's length and width — truss and cabling included — and need at least 2 feet of clearance above the tallest booth structure.
- Sightlines: solid walls may span only 50 percent of the booth's length; transparent fabric perimeter walls within AWS's transparency limit can run the full length.
- Inside the footprint: every element, from demo stations to queues, stays inside the booth, and nothing may encroach on the aisle carpet or a neighbour.
- Flooring covers the whole island, or AWS adds it at the sponsor's expense. Carpet and floor coverings need a Class 1 flame spread rating.
- Flame retardant: all construction and decoration materials. Booth identification banners and signs must be flame-retardant unless they're smaller than 28 × 44 inches and kept clear of other combustibles.
- Lighting stays inside the booth and points inward, and strobe lights aren't permitted.

What that means for your order
Walls: with solid walls capped at half the booth's length, every solid face counts. We print wall graphics and panels to your structure's sizes, with seams kept off faces and lettering; the wall graphics quote draws the panels on your wall before you order.
Floors: the island needs flooring anyway, so branding underfoot belongs on that flooring, not the hall's. Ask AWS show management before ordering a floor graphic; ours carry an anti-slip laminate on every hard-floor piece and butt together without a trip edge. See floor graphics.
Hanging signs: size the sign to your footprint and the 22-foot ceiling, leave the 2-foot gap above your tallest structure, and print to the November 22 receiving day, not to move-in. Banners covers materials and finishing.
Lit graphics: in Las Vegas, electricians work on backlit headers and lightboxes, and electrical is one of the Venetian's exclusive services, booked directly. Order the electrical service before the Venetian's November 2 discount deadline. See backlit graphics.
Photo moments: a step and repeat for a photo activation stays inside your footprint and goes through AWS's activations task, which also sets the consent rules for attendee photos.

Who installs graphics in your booth
T3 Expo's Las Vegas labor guidelines give union personnel jurisdiction over erecting, dismantling, touching up and repairing exhibits unless the exhibiting company's own full-time employees do the work, carrying company identification. Its FAQ is specific: a booth that needs hand tools is set up with union labor; a structure that needs no hand tools and goes up in under an hour can be set by a direct employee; and promotional materials and small items need no labor at all.
Hanging signs belong to the general contractor in Las Vegas: T3 Expo assembles, installs and removes any that aren't electrical. Electricians hang lighted or rotating signs, work on backlit headers and lightboxes, and hoist signs over 200 pounds at the Venetian, and the Venetian Resort's rigging, electrical and other services are exclusive and booked directly.
If anyone other than your own staff or T3 Expo installs, AWS needs the EAC declaration and insurance certificates naming T3 Expo, AWS, AWS re:Invent 2026 and The Venetian Expo by November 2, 2026; without them, the sponsor uses T3 Expo's labor and the EAC may only supervise. We print to the approved render, label every panel in hanging order, deliver for move-in and coordinate the install with your EAC or T3 Expo's labor desk.

Getting graphics to the Expo
Advance freight goes to T3 Expo at 1720 Raiders Way, Henderson, NV 89052, labelled with your company name, booth number and "AWS re:Invent 2026". The warehouse receives from October 16 to November 16, 2026, between 8 AM and 4 PM; freight arriving later carries a surcharge. It can't take loose, unpackaged pieces — crates, cartons, pallets, hanging signs and carpet are fine — so rolled graphics travel boxed. Freight shipped there is guaranteed to be in your booth on the first day of set-up.
Direct shipments go to T3 Expo at Venetian Exhibit Halls A, B, C, 201 Sands Avenue, from 8 AM on November 24; earlier deliveries may be refused, because T3 doesn't have the halls before then. Carriers other than UPS and FedEx check in at T3's marshalling yard with certified weights. T3's kit also warns that small packages due on the Friday after Thanksgiving have run late in past years, and recommends the advance warehouse whenever possible.
Small pieces can be hand-carried: items one person can carry in one trip, without help and without handling equipment. A printer in town means a late panel can be collected from our shop or delivered to the warehouse rather than flown in. See trade show graphics for how we pack and label for booths.

Suites, activations and off-site branding
Branding outside your booth needs AWS's approval before anything is printed:
- Off-site branding — any visible branding within a 5-mile radius of the event, from banners and digital signage to hotels, airports, billboards and taxis — goes through the "Off-Site or Non-Venue Marketing & Branding" task and needs two approvals: AWS Sponsorship on the activation, then AWS Content on the artwork. AWS's October 13 update listed the off-site activation plan as due October 2.
- Guerrilla marketing is prohibited: flyers or branding in unapproved areas are confiscated and can put a sponsor's future participation at risk.
- Activations, giveaways and signage stay inside your booth or contracted activation area unless AWS approves otherwise in writing.
- Hospitality suites, where a package includes one, follow The Venetian Resort's and Wynn Las Vegas's rules, shared in AWS's hospitality suite usage guidelines.
- Sponsor-hosted events need AWS's approval before you contract a venue, and other partners' logos or branding may not appear publicly.

After AWS approves
Once a suite, an activation or an off-site placement is approved, its graphics are ordinary print jobs: event graphics, banners and window graphics for a suite or a storefront. Each building still sets its own rules for what can stick to its walls and glass, so get them in writing for every space you book.
At the end of the show, AWS's donation program takes excess build materials and signage: put a donation sticker on what you're leaving and it's collected from the Expo for local nonprofits. Decide before move-out which graphics come home.

Ordering re:Invent graphics
For custom booth walls, counters and floors, upload your approved artwork to the wall, window or floor quote to see how it prints at your size and what it costs. For hanging sign graphics, banners and anything else, send us the booth details: your sponsor level, booth number and size, target colour and the deadline you're working to. Installation covers what our crew does off the show floor, the shows page lists other Las Vegas deadlines, and Innovate 3D's re:Invent guide covers custom booth building.
Questions we get
Do you print AWS re:Invent graphics in Las Vegas?
Yes. We print re:Invent graphics for custom booths, approved activations and suites — wall panels, counter wraps, floor graphics, banners and signs — at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave, to the render AWS approves, and deliver them to T3 Expo's advance warehouse or the Venetian halls at your target time.
When are AWS re:Invent 2026 graphics due?
Custom booth and hanging sign graphics are due in the Sponsor Portal for AWS review on October 23, 2026. T3 Expo's warehouse receives from October 16, advance freight after November 16 carries a surcharge, hanging elements are received on November 22, and every exhibit must be set by noon on November 30.
Where do re:Invent graphics ship?
Advance freight goes to T3 Expo, 1720 Raiders Way, Henderson, NV 89052, from October 16 to November 16, 2026. Direct shipments go to T3 Expo at Venetian Exhibit Halls A, B, C, 201 Sands Avenue, from 8 AM on November 24. The warehouse doesn't accept loose, unpackaged pieces.
Can an outside printer make graphics for a re:Invent turnkey booth or meeting room?
Generally not. Turnkey booth graphics are ordered to T3 Expo's specifications through its templates, and T3 Expo is the only approved vendor for graphics in the Hall G and Hall A meeting rooms. Outside graphics fit custom island booths, custom-build Level 2 meeting rooms and branding AWS approves.
Who can install graphics in my re:Invent booth?
Your own full-time employees, for a structure that needs no hand tools and goes up in under an hour; otherwise union labor through T3 Expo, or an EAC declared to AWS with insurance certificates by November 2, 2026. T3 Expo installs non-electrical hanging signs, and electricians handle lighted ones.
How tall can a re:Invent booth and hanging sign be?
Custom island booths top out at 22 feet, truss and hanging sign included, with no variances and at least 2 feet between the bottom of the sign and the tallest structure. Inline turnkey booths are limited to 10 feet for every element and can't hang signs.
Does AWS have to approve re:Invent booth graphics?
Yes. Booth graphics, signage and collateral are subject to AWS approval through the Sponsor Portal and must follow the AWS Partner Creative and Messaging Guide: no AWS logo lock-ups, one Partner badge per panel, and no other public cloud companies' names or logos. Assets that don't comply may be pulled at the event.
