Reception and lobby walls
The wall behind reception is the one every visitor sees. It can be a full wall wrap printed edge to edge, a mural, or your logo and name as cut lettering on the paint with nothing around it. A wall wrap prints in vertical panels that overlap slightly, with extra at the edges for trimming into corners and ceilings, and the quote draws every seam on your wall so you can keep one off the logo.
The wall decides the vinyl. Removable wall vinyl is the standard for painted drywall and comes off clean for up to about two years. Low-tack vinyl is gentler on fresh or delicate paint. Orange-peel and knockdown texture, block and brick take a conformable film that's worked in with heat, and on brick and block removal can leave a little residue. Permanent vinyl suits smooth surfaces that won't change. Under big lobby windows, a matte laminate keeps glare off the graphic. See wall graphics.
Conference rooms and glass fronts
Frosted film gives clear glass the etched look: light comes through, a clear view doesn't. It's the usual answer for conference and huddle rooms, private offices with glass fronts, and sidelights beside doors. Choose Privacy in the window quote and it recommends frosted film, draws it on your glass and prices it.
Full frost gives the most privacy. A frosted band at eye level keeps the room open above and below — set it lower where people sit and higher where they stand. Your logo or the room name can be cut out of the frost so it shows as clear glass, or cut from frosted film onto clear glass. A band also makes full-height glass easier to notice before someone walks into it.
Frosted film is an indoor film and goes on the inside of exterior glass. At night, with a lit room and a dark hallway, someone right against the glass can show as a soft silhouette; where that matters, put blockout film on that part of the glass. It isn't a tint or solar film, and we don't sell those. More on frosted window film.
Wayfinding, room names and suite numbers
Visitors look for three things: the suite, the room and the way there. Cut vinyl lettering handles all of them — the company name and suite number on the entry door, room names on conference room glass, floor numbers by the elevator and directional arrows down a corridor. It's printed, cut and weeded, then masked on application tape so a whole line goes up straight with the spacing set.
Lettering is cut from the outlines in your file, so send vector artwork — PDF, AI, EPS or SVG — with the text converted to outlines. On a busy hallway, a floor graphic can carry an arrow or a department name; every one we print for a hard floor has an anti-slip laminate. See vinyl lettering and floor graphics.
Brand walls, values and work walls
Getting a big file ready? The large-format file setup guide covers scale files, bleed and seams.
- Mission and values walls — words in cut lettering on paint, or printed on a wall wrap with photography behind them.
- History and timeline walls — milestones, photos and product shots along a corridor, printed as one run or in panels.
- Photo walls and murals — a city, a product, the team; the quote grades every image at the size you're ordering and tells you the distance it looks sharp from.
- Write-on walls — removable wall vinyl with a dry-erase laminate turns a printed planner, calendar or map into a wipe-off board for a project room.
- Brand colour — we print in CMYK with white ink available and match named spot colours as closely as our inks allow; when a colour must be exact, tell us and we'll talk it through on the proof.
Leased space: plan for move-out
If the office is leased, check what the lease says about the walls at move-out. Removable wall vinyl and frosted film are made to come off clean, which is why they're the default for tenant spaces; permanent vinyl and textured-wall film are for surfaces where removal isn't the priority. Get the landlord's or building's sign-off in writing before install day.
Freshly painted after a build-out? New paint needs about two weeks to cure before vinyl goes on, because it's still releasing solvents that stop the adhesive bonding. Choose “painted in the last 2 weeks” in the wall quote and we'll schedule the install after it cures. When it's time to move, choose “take it down later” and our crew removes what we installed on the date you set.
After-hours installs
Offices want the work done when nobody's at their desk. Choose after-hours or weekend work on the quote and tell us the access times. Before install day, we need the building's vendor check-in, where the van parks and unloads, the freight elevator if there is one, and who lets the crew in. Furniture should be off the wall and the glass clear of anything taped to it.
Our installers prep the surface, hang panels true to level, trim around outlets, switches and door frames, and clean up. Up to about 12 feet is ladder work; atriums and two-story lobbies need a lift, which we confirm with you and the building before the price is final. More on how installs work: installation.
Pricing an office project
Walls price in the wall graphics quote and glass in the window graphics quote: upload your file, enter the size, and you'll see the price, the panels or pieces and any problems with the artwork before you order. A whole floor — walls, glass and wayfinding together, or a phased install? Send us the plan with photos and sizes, and we'll quote it as one job.
Questions we get
Do you install office wall graphics in Las Vegas?
Yes. We print lobby walls, murals, brand walls, lettering and frosted glass film at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave, and our crew installs them in offices across the Las Vegas valley — after hours or on weekends when you need it.
Can you frost our conference room glass?
Yes, with frosted window film: full frost, a band at eye level, your logo cut out of the frost, or room names in frosted lettering. Choose “Privacy” in the window graphics quote to price it for your glass.
Will wall graphics damage the paint in a leased office?
Removable wall vinyl comes off painted walls clean for up to about two years, and low-tack vinyl is gentler still. Paint needs about two weeks to cure first. Textured-wall and permanent films are for surfaces where removal isn't the priority, and the quote says which you're getting.
Can you install office graphics after hours or on a weekend?
Yes. Choose after-hours or weekend work on the quote and tell us the building's access times. We'll need the vendor check-in, parking and freight elevator details before install day.
Can you put our logo and suite number on the entry door?
Yes, as cut vinyl lettering or printed clear film, inside or outside the glass. Send a vector file of the logo and the size of the glass; inside-the-glass lettering is printed reversed so it reads from the hallway.
Can you make a dry-erase wall?
Yes. A printed graphic on removable wall vinyl with a dry-erase laminate becomes a write-on, wipe-off surface — a planner, a calendar, a map or a plain whiteboard wall in your brand colours.
