ISC West 2027 graphics: display rules, venue rules and printing

ISC West 2027 runs April 5–9 at Venetian Expo, with the exhibit hall open April 7–9. The 2027 exhibitor manual isn't posted yet — its pages still carried the 2026 show when we checked in October 2026 — so this year's deadlines are still to come. What is published is a clear set of display rules from 2026 and the venue's own rules for clings, and together they decide where graphics can go. Here they are, with the dates to check, and how we print for them in Las Vegas.

ISC West 2027 dates, and the deadlines still to come

ISC West's 2027 dates are published: SIA Education@ISC runs April 5–8 and the exhibit hall April 7–9, at Venetian Expo, 201 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169. The exhibitor deadlines aren't yet. When we checked in October 2026, the exhibitor manual's event and operations pages still described the 2026 show and linked its 2026 documents.

Until the 2027 manual is posted, the 2026 schedule shows how the show's clock runs: warehouse, contractor and move-in deadlines all land in the weeks before the hall opens. Use it to plan the order of the work, but count back from the 2027 manual's dates, not these.

The display rules that shape your graphics (2026 edition)

ISC West's 2026 display rules are the latest published, and they say exhibitors must also comply with all of the Venetian's rules. The parts that change what you print:

  • Height by booth type: lobby booths in the Venetian's public space 9 feet, in-line booths 12 feet, peninsulas of 400 square feet or more 20 feet, linear islands of 399 square feet or less 20 feet, islands 25 feet. Nothing goes above those limits — signs, banners, truss, lighting or display materials — and no variances are granted.
  • Above the drape: the show follows the cubic content rule, but anything above the provided drape height on a wall next to another exhibitor must be finished, neutral and devoid of copy.
  • Backs of walls: the side of a wall on the common border with a neighbouring booth must be clear of copy, logos or other graphics. No graphics, logos or print may face into another booth, and any company advertising must face the aisle.
  • Finished back walls: in-line and peninsula booths need a finished back wall covering the back of the booth, and see-through back walls aren't allowed. In 2026, show management draped any unfinished side or back wall after 5 PM on March 24, at the exhibitor's expense.
  • Hanging signs: only over island, peninsula or walk-through booths of 400 square feet or more that are at least 20 feet deep and 20 feet wide — up to 20 feet to the top of the sign over a peninsula and 25 feet over an island. In a booth that touches a neighbour, the sign hangs 5 feet off the shared back wall. None over lobby, in-line or linear island booths.
  • The building: nothing may be posted, tacked, nailed or screwed to columns, walls, floors or other parts of the building, and no sign or decoration may stick out into the aisle or onto a neighbour's space.
  • Floor covering is required in every booth — hardwood, artificial turf, carpet or vinyl — while the show carpets the aisles.
  • Handouts stay inside your contracted space.

What that means for your order

Wall graphics go on your booth's own walls, facing the aisle. Plan the back of any wall that borders a neighbour as finished and plain, and for an in-line or peninsula booth make the back wall solid and complete. We print wall graphics and panels to your structure's sizes, with seams kept off faces and lettering; the wall graphics quote draws the panels on your wall before you order.

Floor graphics: nothing may be posted on the building's floors, and the venue's floor clings need its approval, but every booth needs its own floor covering anyway. Branding underfoot belongs on that covering; ask show management before you order. Ours carry an anti-slip laminate on every hard-floor piece and butt together without a trip edge. See floor graphics.

Hanging signs belong to qualifying islands and peninsulas only and must fit under the booth's height limit. Print the sign's graphics to the warehouse date the 2027 manual sets, not to move-in. Banners covers materials and finishing.

Lit graphics: a backlit header or lightbox needs power, and at the 2026 show electrical was ordered from the Venetian's own service center, not the show contractor. Check the 2027 manual for the order form and its deadline.

Venetian Expo's rules underneath the show's

Underneath the show's rules sit the building's. Venetian Expo's production guide requires the Expo Event Manager's approval for every cling — floor, wall, column or window — in an approved material, with installation and removal by the general contractor and any damage charged to the meeting planner. Floor clings can't go in front of escalator or stair landings or door thresholds, a damaged or peeling cling must be replaced immediately, and signs and banners must be flame-retardant to the satisfaction of the Fire Department and State Fire Marshal.

In 2026, ISC West's move-out ran hall by hall — Hall D first, then Hall C, then Halls A and B — so your hall decides when graphics come down. Our Venetian Expo graphics page covers the building's rules for tape, carpet and freight.

Who installs graphics in your booth

For 2026, Freeman was ISC West's official general contractor and official labor contractor, and the show reminded exhibitors that several major unions have jurisdiction over trade shows in Las Vegas. During move-in and move-out, only exhibitors' full-time employees and sales representatives and the authorized people of exhibitor-appointed contractors (EACs) were allowed in the exhibit areas. Hanging signs with motors or electrics were ordered through the Venetian, and signs without them through Freeman.

Outside installers went through the show's EAC process: registration through the online portal for each booth or meeting room serviced, and a certificate of insurance by the EAC deadline — March 9, 2026 — or no floor access. EACs wore the daily wristband, followed labor laws, venue rules and union contracts, worked with Freeman as the general services contractor, and left floor-marking tape in place until the show closed. Check the 2027 manual for this year's version.

We print to the show's spec, label every panel in hanging order, deliver for move-in and coordinate the install with your show's contractor. Off the show floor, our crew installs; see installation.

Getting graphics to Venetian Expo

Freeman was the exclusive material handler on the 2026 floor, receiving every shipment, whether sent to its advance warehouse or direct to the venue. Its 2026 warehouse was at 6675 W Sunset Rd — in the 89118 ZIP code, like our shop — and direct shipments went to 201 Sands Ave, care of Freeman, from the first move-in day; earlier shipments could be refused by the facility. The 2027 kit will give the addresses, dates and labels for your booth.

Freeman's 2026 quick facts also say the booths and exhibit area aren't carpeted, only the aisles, and the show guide sets each 10 × 10 booth with an 8-foot back drape, 3-foot side dividers and a one-line identification sign. Every other sign is yours to order. Rolled graphics should travel boxed and labelled with your company name, booth number and the show.

The same week as NAB Show

ISC West's April 5–9 overlaps NAB Show, which runs April 3–7, 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with exhibits April 4–7. If your company exhibits at both, or shares installers and freight between them, lock the files for both shows early and plan deliveries to two campuses in the same week. See our NAB Show graphics page.

A printer across town helps with the changes that come late at a show built on live demos: a new device name, a partner logo, a panel damaged in transit. Tell us your booth's target time when you order, and we'll confirm what's possible for your dates before you count on it.

Ordering ISC West graphics

Upload your artwork to the wall, window or floor quote to see how it prints at your size and what it costs. For hanging sign graphics, banners, counter wraps and signs, send us the booth details: the hall, booth number and type, height limit and the deadline you're working to. See trade show graphics for how we print and deliver for booths, the shows page for other Las Vegas deadlines, and Innovate 3D's ISC West guide for custom booth building.

Questions we get

Do you print ISC West graphics in Las Vegas?

Yes. We print ISC West booth graphics — wall panels, counter wraps, floor graphics for your booth's flooring, banners and signs — at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave to the show's display rules and Venetian Expo's, and deliver them to the show contractor's warehouse or direct to the venue at your target time.

When is ISC West 2027?

April 5–9, 2027, at Venetian Expo, 201 Sands Ave, Las Vegas. SIA Education@ISC runs April 5–8; the exhibit hall is open April 7 and 8 from 10 AM to 5 PM and April 9 from 10 AM to 3 PM.

When are ISC West 2027 graphics due?

The 2027 deadlines hadn't been published when we checked in October 2026, so check the exhibitor manual. For 2026, Freeman's warehouse received from February 16 to March 17, the EAC deadline was March 9, and every exhibit had to be completely set by 5 PM on March 24, the day before the hall opened.

Can I put graphics on the back of my booth wall at ISC West?

Not on a side that faces a neighbouring booth. ISC West's 2026 display rules require the backs of walls on a shared border to be clear of copy, logos or other graphics, anything above the drape height next to another exhibitor to be finished and neutral, and advertising to face the aisle.

Can I stick graphics to Venetian Expo's walls or floor during ISC West?

Not without approval. ISC West's 2026 rules say nothing may be posted, tacked, nailed or screwed to the building's columns, walls or floors, and Venetian Expo requires the Expo Event Manager's approval for every cling, installed and removed by the general contractor.

How tall can ISC West booth graphics and hanging signs be?

Under the 2026 rules: 9 feet for lobby booths, 12 for in-line, 20 for peninsulas and linear islands, and 25 for islands, with nothing above those limits. Hanging signs go only over islands, peninsulas and walk-throughs of 400 square feet or more that are at least 20 by 20 feet.

Who installs graphics in my ISC West booth?

Your own full-time staff, Freeman's labor, or an exhibitor-appointed contractor registered through the show's portal with insurance by the EAC deadline. In 2026, Freeman handled hanging signs without motors and the Venetian those with motors or electrics. Check the 2027 manual for this year's rules.
