Promotions on a calendar
Property marketing moves in cycles: seasonal campaigns, new restaurant and venue openings, headliner residencies, sports seasons, and the citywide weeks — Formula 1 race week in November, rodeo week in December, the January convention rush — when every property on the Strip competes for the same visitors. Graphics for those windows have hard start dates and short lives.
That favours materials chosen for the length of the run. For a promotion that comes down in weeks, removable or low-tack vinyl goes up fast and comes off cleanly; for a brand wall that stays for years, a permanent film is the better fit. Tell the quote how long the graphic stays up and whether it must come off clean, and it recommends the material and says why.
Where graphics go on a property
- Walls — feature walls at entrances and elevator lobbies, restaurant and bar murals, back-of-house brand walls. See wall graphics.
- Glass — retail and restaurant fronts, pool and spa glass, frosted privacy film for offices and meeting rooms, perforated film that keeps the view out. See window graphics.
- Floors — wayfinding to ballrooms and venues, queue lines, promotional floor graphics in high-traffic corridors. See floor graphics.
- Events — registration walls, sponsor walls, step-and-repeat backdrops, directional signs and banners for ballroom and convention-wing events. See event graphics and banners.
Guest areas: safety first
On a casino floor, people walk, roll luggage and push carts through every graphic at all hours. Every vinyl graphic we print for a hard floor or outdoor concrete carries an anti-slip laminate — we don't sell those without it — and large floor pieces are butted together, not overlapped, because an overlap is a trip edge. Carpet takes a carpet graphic film instead, made to grip carpet and peel up without residue.
On walls in guest areas, matte laminate kills glare under bright lighting and adds scuff protection, and anti-graffiti laminate lets marker and paint wipe off. Inside-the-glass graphics are printed mirrored with a white layer so they read correctly from outside.
Installing around guests
Most property installs happen when guest traffic is lowest, and hotels and casinos usually set the window. When you quote, tell us whether the work has to happen after hours or on a weekend, how high the wall goes (ladder or lift), and whether you'd like us to come back and take it down later. Large or unusual installs are confirmed with you before you pay.
Our installers prep the surface, hang graphics true to level, trim around fixtures and clean up. New paint needs about two weeks to cure before vinyl goes on, so schedule renovations with the graphics in mind. See installation.
Convention wings have their own rules
Resort convention centers add a second rulebook. At Venetian Expo, every floor, wall, column and window cling needs the Expo Event Manager's approval and is installed by the general contractor, and floor clings can't go in front of escalator or stair landings or door thresholds. At the LVCC, the city's convention center, adhesive-backed material isn't allowed on painted walls and clings go up only with approval. Our venue pages for Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay and the LVCC collect the rules with their sources.

Working with property purchasing
Properties buy through purchasing departments and marketing teams, often both. Every quote has a number, a price for each graphic, a proof to approve and a record of who approved it and when, which makes it easy to attach to a purchase request. Tell us what your vendor setup needs, and we'll get it to you.
You won't see property names or logos on this site: we only name a client when they've given us permission in writing.
Files, brand standards and versions
Property brand teams care about colour. We print in CMYK with white ink available, match named spot colours as closely as our inks allow, and will talk through a proof when a colour must be exact. Promotions often come in versions — one per outlet, per language or per date — and each version gets its own file and its own proof, so the approver sees exactly what will print.
The quote checks every image in your file at the size you're ordering and tells you the distance it looks sharp from, so a low-resolution photo shows up on screen before it shows up on a wall.
Questions we get
Do you print casino graphics in Las Vegas?
Yes. We print wall, window and floor graphics, banners and signs for casinos, resorts and hotels at our shop at 4545 W Reno Ave, and install them with our own crew on the property's schedule.
Can you install after hours at a casino or hotel?
The quote asks whether the install must happen after hours or on a weekend, and prices it that way; big or unusual installs are confirmed with you before you pay. Tell us the property's install window and we'll schedule to it.
Do you work with property purchasing departments?
Yes. Each quote has a number, per-graphic prices, a proof and an approval record that can go with a purchase request. Tell us what your vendor setup needs.
Can graphics come down cleanly after a promotion?
Yes, on the right material. Choose removable or low-tack vinyl and "must come off clean" in the quote. Fresh paint, textured walls and brick are the exceptions to plan for, and the quote says so.
Are floor graphics safe in high-traffic casino areas?
Every vinyl graphic we print for hard floors and outdoor concrete carries an anti-slip laminate, and large pieces are butted together rather than overlapped, so there's no trip edge. Carpet gets a carpet graphic film made for it.
Can you match our brand colours across properties?
We print in CMYK with white ink available and match named spot colours as closely as our inks allow. When a colour must be exact, tell us and we'll talk through a proof before printing.
